I'm trying to change my password for extra security and I keep getting that message. I am using the same device as I have always used and yet I keep getting it any time I want to change my password. Is there not a contact number or email I can use because their support is terrible. And watching these videos is painful as well. Stumble along and not even address the problem (my problem anyways).

My problem is I get that screen after facebook says that I MUST enable 2fa before I can log in, then I try and then get the "Cant make changes" Method. Cant add it because of this, Cant log in because I cant enable it.
Go ahead and enable 2FA. I will be doing a video to show you how later.

I cannot enable 2 factor auth.. It wont let me.. I cannot get into my account to enable it
now it is displayed:
"Make important changes in Accounts Center"
"You can only complete this action in Accounts Center"

Sometimes you have to wait for like 10, 15 to 30 days if you have tried too many times to login in. It's annoying but it's a Facebook way of 'protecting' you according to them.

After i enable two factor. It shows connection lost. I cant do anything further. It shows this msg - You can't make this change at the moment

I get this message for 14 days now
"You can't make this change at the moment
This is because we noticed you are using a device you don't usually use and we need to keep your account safe. We'll allow you to make this change after you've used this device for a while."
If the video did not help you can send an email so that we can help you look into this. However, when you tried several times and the error persist , I adviced you wait for 15, 25 or 30 days, and you will be allowed in. Also note that why you are waiting you are not allowed to try logging in because Facebook will start counting from the last time you tried to login instead of the previous days.

I made a new Instagram with new fb and added my number n it won’t let me add anything “ can’t do this at this moment “ can’t even delete number or add email!
