After going through multiple online cooking channels by myself I have found that Yaman's way has 2 important edges over others. First the detailed and yet so simplified steps. Second, all recipes are surely tried and tested as if I follow the same quantity and steps, the end result has always been the same as shown in video. Never got disappointed (I hope I don't Jinx it). Roasted oats, Jalebi etc.. I tried and was 100% successful in first attempt itself. Just to confirm again, before lock down I only entered the kitchen to have a glass of water at max but now I agree with below comment by some other user "Lockdown khatm hote hote hum sab Halwai ki dukaan kholne ke liye qualify ho chuke honge". Cheers Yaman for doing a great work .. really appreciated.
