Wait - i was told Sedley will come out at the end of the month? I have sampled / smelled all of Parfims De Marly fragrances , except Sedley the new Cassili for women.What a great house. I do have love and have relationship with mint fragrances.Some i love,some i can't stand.Good to know mint in Sedley is not overbearing. Fresh aromatic with patch - count me in. My favorite Parfums de Marly fragrance is by far Habdan - it’s UNREAL how good it is…to me at least.I’ll never get rid of it …no way.One of my all time favorite fragrances. Thank you VA
Parfums de Marly became a top notch brand in such a short period of time . Fresh aromatic with combination of mint and fruitiness, and patchouli we all love. Beautiful. Personally I know Parfums de Marly for Herod. One of the best fragrances in my relatively small for your standards collection of 54 bottles. I enjoyed how you listed the notes and specified their roles in the composition, giving the viewer a more detailed scent-description that most RUclips reviewers can't/don't give. What I enjoyed most about the video was the way you broke down the fragrance in depth both subjectively and objectively, to help the viewer (me) experience what you were taking away from the fragrance. Great work as always my friend, hope to win the bottle! (the sprayer on that thing is amazing!)
I've been blown away by PdM. I find it difficult to admit because I love so many old school fragrances like Polo Green and Dior Fahrenheit, I think that PdM might be one of my favorite overall fragrance houses. When I first tried Layton.. I was so impressed, that I was legitimately confused. I didn't understand how a scent could stagger my ability to think about anything else other than the fragrance. It's not my absolute favorite per se, so much as it was captivating. I found myself smelling my pulse points over and over again to the humor of my best friend. Anyway, this first experience, and some other great experiences PdM (Carlisle, Godolphin, and I THINK Percival) has me excited to try any and all PdM in the future!! I'm super excited for the spearmint and general I enjoy smelling that but I've never owned nor worn a cologne with that note in it! Bring on the Sedley!!
Being a Barber I'm used to lavender, fresh and bergamot scents. Back in the days , when I was younger I considered vetiver , lavender and all aromatics to be too mature for me. After all my grandpa is wearing Guerlain's Vetiver for 40 years. Now I think otherwise , and I do enjoy aromatics a lot . My favorite PDM is Layton Exclusive. This was great. I’m so hyped on this one after seeing your live premiere. It’s the first live video I’ve seen from countdown to finish. Personally, I was just turned off to this house after trying Percival. The nose behind this is super exciting, Olivier is one of my favs. Can’t wait to smell this one in California.
