Strategy hopping has been my problem also. I went back to Support and Resistance, Trendlines on the higher timeframes and doing better. My other problem is taking profit too early, hard habit to break. Good luck with your FTMO challenge.

strategy hopping is a necessary component of finding an edge, you need to find something that suits your personality and lifestyle and you can only find that by changing strategies, changing assets trades etc

trendline trading is subjective so you need more confluence to trade

@@avono5330I have a different opinion. But I do agree with you finding a strategy that's suites your personal it very paramount but once you find it you marry it no matter what because that's the one.

@@superfun2175not really. Its so subjective to a point that someone can find consistent profitability but you can't. It's all psychological really💯.

The main way to get confident in your TPs is to backtest. It helped me immensely

Seeing your videos has been so refreshing, like I am learning so much from you. I have several accounts because I want to pass the challenge fast. Because several people on RUclips or on twitter are showing account passing in couple of days. There explanation is that taking so much time in challenge account is not worth it. Instead lose fast and buy fast until you pass the account. This philosophy has fucked up my psychology and now I have developed some serious bad habits and not able to crawl back from drawdown. In my mind, I keep on thinking that I can just buy another account and increase my risk after drawdown. Your videos are giving a good insight and accordingly I will make strategies around it. Thank you

Solid speech mate. I'm 5 years deep still learning every day, still not full time - The issue i have at the moment is distractions with friends.. And having nobody around me personally that is in the same path.. I have a couple people i speak to online but nobody to drill down with and get some proper good conversations in.. Very lonely game i must say xD

I’m funded but I didn’t get any payout yet (I’m scared of propfirms shutdown before I get a payout)

I had 3 prop firms go bust on me after trading them for a year. Back to the drawing board im now trying to get funded again. This game can be brutal. Love your channel, many thanks.

Keep on going mate, following your journey. Your videos resonate with me who's on the same road as yourself. Don't be worried about taking time off if you need it, a couple of days off can be game changing for your psychology.
How much did you back test your strategy and would you say you were 100% honest with your result. Would your trades have mimicked your live trading?

just a little tip theres no point sitting on challange for so long if your scared to lose the account buy a account which is less expensive on challange you should be risking 1% of the account on most trades

Try futures its more relegated and better offers with their prop firms. I've passed 8 evals with apex and have had 5 payouts so far this year. Its the hardest thing ive ever done but its so worth it trying to get that financial freedom

Why are you doing monthly targets on a chellenge. When opportunities can arise where you can make more in a given month.

    bro
    i used tp like u
    use 2.5%risk
after got funded use 1% risk
when the funded reach 1% target stop and wait for payout
if u dont want to blow out
u will not get any payout
    or liitle payout
every month should spend money to challenge
    pass quickly payout stable...
that is the true of this game.
