great song, putting it out of context of the story, I would like to think it's reflecting on vocaloids being messengers of the song creators. As if they were sounds from the heaven in the early development stage and later the vocaloid software got refined they sound closer to human. As an audience I think it's beautiful and I love it.

This was originally produced for the "gLoR10us" album back in 2017, which featured tracks from multiple producers and obviously wasn't focused on Evillious! However ! like Peige Clockworker pointed out below, this song (along with fictional masquerade) was referenced in "The Steel Lady, Rilia-Renée" which Mothy has stated takes place within the same universe as "The Blind Girl and the Angel" on twitter!
the angels presented in this song are the same angels that the blind girl despises! and Banica and Co traveled to the same universe that contains the Infinity Mirrors! it'll be exciting to see this further expanded upon in the future ^^
and if None of that made any sense, then welcome! This is the work of Mothy/Akuno_P, whose main body of work is the Evillious Chronicles! Which is a multimedia series consisting of songs, novels, short stories, and manga!
However, he also has several series that spin off from the original, typically taking place in either alternate or parallel universes! There are certainly miscellaneous songs as well, but he has a tendency to connect everything to Evillious given enough time.
