    Since the Quarantine I've journaled more, written more, and I'm starting to play keyboard more. Hope everyone is staying safe :)

      So hard not to lose your mind through all this. You are doing great! It is going to be strange for us introverts when we start socializing again.

      I’m always positive, about 4-5 weeks into quarantine i started thinking things that I shouldn’t be thinking about, my mind thinks that life isn’t real and we are all the same doing the same thing over and over again every day, I always think something is wrong with me it’s like I get paranoid I start to worry about my mental health, and physical health I’m so afraid and scared I hope I get back to normal after this 😞

    these tips are super helpful, especially since i struggle with getting outdoors enough during this pandemic what with everything being shut down. taking out my dog has been super helpful in helping me stay sane at home all the time

    Since Quarantine...things have been...hard. My depression is so bad and I cant even get the motivation to get out of bed half the time. My family has been bullying me about how lazy I am being.
