    I’m excited about getting some of these tied up. The largemouth bass in my area are going to crush these. Thank you Martyn

    I love your videos. I'm gonna tie up some of those. What was the name of that clear coat you used when you finished? And where can I purchase some of that clear coat? Thanks, keep these good video's coming!!..

      That was a Japanese brand of liquid rubber. I don't use it anymore though, liquid fusion or gorilla glue is what I use now because they're tougher

    Good looking frog! Thanks for sharing. Can you post list of materials? I think I will use more glue to keep body from moving on hook.

    • @FlickingFeathers
      @FlickingFeathers  2 года назад

      Stinger hook that you like,
      Cohens creature legs
      Saddle hackle/schlappen
      3mm foam
      3D eyes
      clear coat of choice (liquid fusion is good)
      20lb hard mono for weed guard
      You don't need more glue, it won't move.

    Really interesting frog! I take it those are the Pat Cohen frog legs. Do they become quite soft and pulsating when wet? Thanks for sharing this tie Martyn.

      Yeah they're the Cohen creatures legs. They're quite stiff when dry, but when they get wet they come to life

      It's a liquid rubber paint, but actually I haven't used it for a while. Liquid fusion is the go to

    someone should create those legs more affordably. even the cutters to cut your own are outrageously priced

    what is the brand of your liquid rubber??
    I've been considering buying clear plastic dip ( the stuff used on pliers). is this similar?

    • @FlickingFeathers
      @FlickingFeathers  8 лет назад

      +Wayne Miller plasti dip works fine, this is yutaka rubber paint
