Some people have naturally skinny bodies because of genetics (or other things). I mean no hate in this comment btw, but I don't like this talk about haters/fans comparing idols/people's bodies to other when in reality we all look different and have different genetics.
Plenty of people with actual diagnosed anorexia who are severely underweight manage to exercise several hours a day - activity level is literally irrelevant here.
People who intentionally get too skinny following the trends, looking at the idols. Let me tell you a unhealthy body under extreme conditions has never been attractive or not for too long. And that type of skinny has its own repercussions. Stop inviting illness. Aim for a healthy, fit body. That is whats attractive
It's nobody's business if someone is underweight and skinny. And they are naturally skinny. They may lose confidence if y'all keep calling them skinny. And just because they are skinny doesn't mean they are unhealthy. There's no need to compare unhealthy and healthy idols, what even is this it could kill their confidence if you keep comparing them to others
Some idols may be too skinny, some idols may be chubby, but in my eyes all kpop idols are beautiful/handsome. ( just because someone looks skinny or chubby doesn't mean their unhealthy)
Girls, this is not body shaming, some of them have risked their health for that thinness, it is not genetic or good to follow trends for it, or are you going to tell me that Woonyoung is healthy with those skeletal proportions but we have seen her with more muscle mass previously? What about Wendy? or maybe Yuna with marked ribs and not by stretching while dancing. If you want to lose weight, be realistic, because Jisoo is not safe either with her inexorable way of losing weight for her comeback.
This kind of videos are so stupid, the comments too. You can't determine if a person is unhealthy or healthy based on assumptions or your beauty standars. If the person is too fat or extremely skinny, for example Wonyoung in some moments, I kinda get the worry. But yall need to stop thinking that every skinny person is unhealthy, thats just not true and it's extremely offensive 💀 And honestly their weight is none of our business, but i'm sick of this kind of trend of criticizing bodies, so I had to give my perspective :/
Literally hop they make a mandatory rule where all kpop idols nd trainees must be in the gym working out and eating healthy that fits their bmi. Cause honestly their work schedule plus training and dieting is horrendous to the body
I agree that the idols shown as unhealthy were a bit on the thin side. Unfortunately, they work in an industry where they need to be super thin. It's hard to live a healthy lifestyle as an idol. I look chubby even when I am thin because my bone structure is not petite and having big boobs doesn't make me look thin either. The "unhealthy" girls probably have a more petite frame therefore look too thin but are probably healthy.
Being skinny doesn't mean unhealthy, same as being not this skinny, doesn't mean healthy. I thought it was obvious but it seams kpop fans need a drawing.
But no... She gained weight due to health problems So... Why do yall think Im a Jeongyeon hater? i do NOT consider her body "ugly", I really love her as an artist in twice. I was happy to see her at a new concert after such a long time. But there are facts - she experienced a severe form of a hernia + struggled with mental problems, because of which she had to take antidepressants (I dont know exactly what medications she took). These problems are what caused her weight gain, and those reasons are unhealthy, as much as you all would like to believe that she gained weight of her own accord.

U can’t just claim that skinnier bodies are less healthy, while “thicker” ones are healthy. Both can be healthy and unhealthy, so pls stop categorizing. It just creates unnecessary shaming and eating disorders. Edit: The point of my comment flew over most of yall's heads💀. Some people have naturally skinny bodies because of genetics (or other things). I mean no hate in this comment btw, but I don't like this talk about haters/fans comparing idols/people's bodies to other when in reality we all look different and have different genetics.
Healthy - jisoo❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
People, in the unhealthy ones I can literally see their ribs protruding more than they should.
Jisoo 💪💪
I’m sorry if they’re able to dance and sing 5+ hours everyday, none of them are unhealthy. I’d like to see OP try
Plenty of people with actual diagnosed anorexia who are severely underweight manage to exercise several hours a day - activity level is literally irrelevant here.
The way I immediately recognized the building karina was be hinde
Kpop Boy group be like :
Before : Normal weight with little bit muscle
After : Shredded Sixpack
Me ignoring the context of the video and twerking to the music at past midnight on my bed lmao.
Oh my god who's that idol in the into? So pretty ❤
Tzuyu from twice
Being not as skinny as others doesn't meqn a healthy body!
My mom is naturally so skinny and she eats a lot. She’s been skinny shamed her whole life. Stop assuming skinny ppl are unhealthy.
Not gonna lie I thought I was gonna get sunghooned like "why are you still here" I don't know why🤔
yall really have to realize that body size doesn’t determine if you are healthy or not 💀
GOD DAMN I CAN'T STOP REPLAYING THE INTRO
minji is so body goals
Lmao the logic of this video:
Big boobs✅
Small boobs: MY GOD UR STARVING!
Also Jiwoo from nmixx has a healthy body 🤩 she recently slimmed but I still say she looks great
u cant tell how healthy they are bc of their bodies bro
Some idols may be too skinny, some idols may be chubby, but in my eyes all kpop idols are beautiful/handsome. ( just because someone looks skinny or chubby doesn't mean their unhealthy)
Jisoo is perfect woman❤❤
Girls, this is not body shaming, some of them have risked their health for that thinness, it is not genetic or good to follow trends for it, or are you going to tell me that Woonyoung is healthy with those skeletal proportions but we have seen her with more muscle mass previously? What about Wendy? or maybe Yuna with marked ribs and not by stretching while dancing. If you want to lose weight, be realistic, because Jisoo is not safe either with her inexorable way of losing weight for her comeback.
I know you didn't just drag my girl Wonyoung like that-
Tzuyu in the intro tho
She's simply saying fat idols vs skinny idols 😂😂😂
omg BODY SHAMING!?? So quirky keep going sis you slayed and ate 😍😍
okay yuna is very much healthy and you can tell from her muscle tone, bffr
Bro that intro tho
This kind of videos are so stupid, the comments too. You can't determine if a person is unhealthy or healthy based on assumptions or your beauty standars. If the person is too fat or extremely skinny, for example Wonyoung in some moments, I kinda get the worry. But yall need to stop thinking that every skinny person is unhealthy, thats just not true and it's extremely offensive 💀
And honestly their weight is none of our business, but i'm sick of this kind of trend of criticizing bodies, so I had to give my perspective :/
Lmao the first person shown in the intro is unhealthy too😭
Literally hop they make a mandatory rule where all kpop idols nd trainees must be in the gym working out and eating healthy that fits their bmi. Cause honestly their work schedule plus training and dieting is horrendous to the body
They are all beautiful.
You can look healthy but actually be the most unhealthy we shouldn't just assume whos healthy or not
Wait...
Tzuyu's edit in starting ❤❤
Just bcuz ppl are a tiny bit skinny doesn't mean they r unhealthy
The worst part is people call the healthy bodies fat 😒
Very healthy body- "Twice"
I agree that the idols shown as unhealthy were a bit on the thin side. Unfortunately, they work in an industry where they need to be super thin. It's hard to live a healthy lifestyle as an idol. I look chubby even when I am thin because my bone structure is not petite and having big boobs doesn't make me look thin either. The "unhealthy" girls probably have a more petite frame therefore look too thin but are probably healthy.
ppl: skinny is unhealthy
also ppl: I am not fat i am plus size
Love the beginning❤😊
Being skinny doesn't mean unhealthy, same as being not this skinny, doesn't mean healthy. I thought it was obvious but it seams kpop fans need a drawing.
i dont think thats how it works.. im literally at a healthy weight and looks normal but my body is soo unhealthy 😭
This comment section passed the vibe check
Jisoo is perfect! And jeongyeon also got perfect health!
Everyone in new jeans looks healthy
Lol people have other shapes
For example, me. I’m skinny like Wonyoung. I eat a lot. It’s genetic. My dad also skinny
I just LOVED Tzuyu intro
Jisoo❤️❤️
Healthy- Jeongyeon
frfr
But no... She gained weight due to health problems
So...
@@vnrs yeah but she's at a healthy weight for her height

Just a reminder, just because someone leans toward the more skinnier side, it doesn't always mean that they have a unhealthy body
Literally take a look eugenia cooney.
What about Wonyoung we all know she’s severely underweight..
@@hoshinohh girly has been always skinny. And she has gained some weight for their new comeback. Some of these picture were also edited to make her more skinny
They literally have their bones showing with the heavy beauty standards in kpop they are to 100% underweight
@@strawberri_rush I said it doesn't ALWAYS mean. There are a lot of idols who eat fine, but they are still really skinny. I'm not saying that applies to everyone. Yes some idols are malnourished and underweight
Like Ariana said: Your healthy/unhealthy isn't the person's healthy/unhealthy!
Culture vulture Ariana is the last person you should take any advice from.
my version of healthy is being underweight and sick. i have issues with my image so my family help me with their standards , in some ways it’s helpful.
@@kaayleelynnn wtf?
Okay but being 173 and weighing 45 pounds is never healthy doesnt matter what you gaslight yoursekf
@@kaayleelynnnwhat are you even talking about?
Can people wake up and learn that some people are born extremely skinny. I love food, yet you can see 99% of my bones on my stomach, like it looks bad, but I'm not unhealthy.
Samee
U can’t just claim that skinnier bodies are less healthy, while “thicker” ones are healthy. Both can be healthy and unhealthy, so pls stop categorizing. It just creates unnecessary shaming and eating disorders.
Edit: The point of my comment flew over most of yall's heads💀. I never claimed that most idols don't have eating disorders....my point is that you can't judge health solely by appearance. Some ppl have rly fast metabolisms (finds it extremely difficult to gain weight) such as Lisa, but they get skinny shamed all the time, while others such as Jeongyeon (Twice) have health problems that make them fuller, but it doesn't make them healthy either.
Who tf said Karina's body is "thick"? Is not about that, is about the fact that beauty standards are almost killing young girls out there and people like you be like "sToP dOiNg ThAt THeY ArE HeAlThY 😭😭😭you're a hateeeer" grew up and stop normalizing people being almost anorexic
That’s not true. If you see bones that means there’s not enough fat which women need more than men to have their periods and have regular hormone levels
@@michaelscottspapercompany6373 that’s not necessarily true, there’s a lot of people that are super skinny and you can see their bones some but they have an extremely hard time gaining weight
So Obesse people could be healthy💀
@@londonbuehler8712 yes but thats not the case for some of these idols, i cant speak for the other idols but wonyoung did not look THIS thin in iz*one nor was she unbelievably thin when she was a child so we can safely assume she's either unhealthy or just barely healthy

Abs don’t mean that you’re healthy
that tzuyu edit at the start 🔥
Jisoo❤❤
my body looks like Jisoo’s and we’re even the same height and yet I have an eating disorder so you can’t really tell whether someone’s body is healthy just by looking at them
You tell ‘em! They have no idea how wrong they are for this! And also I hope you’re able to slowly recover at some point 💚
How do u know she doesn't have one too?
@@funniestcomment7305 that’s their point. The video is saying jisoo has a healthy body based off of her appearance. But this commenter is saying they look like Jisoo and they have an eating disorder and therefore aren’t healthy. They’re saying that you can’t say someone (like jisoo in this example) is healthy just based off of their appearance. So jisoo may have one too or she may not, but you can’t just claim she’s healthy by the fact that she’s slim and has defined muscle. There’s a lot more to it than that

It's hard to stay healthy in that industry especially when you have to stay skinny , So much so that it's really common for Kpop idols to faint from so much pressure Edit: This is not ok , Don't body shame them because it's something most can't control ( This is not a message directed to the creator of the channel but to others) And I think that this all needs to stop the Company's need to treat them like human beings
