    Beach Sandy Cake
    Water glass size: 250 ml
    Ingredients:
    For the cake:
    🟢 4 eggs
    🟢 1 water glass sugar
    🟢 Half a water glass milk
    🟢 Half a water glass vegetable oil
    🟢 3-4 tablespoons heaping cocoa
    🟢 1.5 water glass flour
    🟢 1.5 packets baking powder
    🟢 1 packet vanilla
    To moisten the cake:
    🟢 1 water glass cold milk
    For the cream:
    🟢 1 liter milk
    🟢 One finger less sugar from 1 water glass
    🟢 3 tablespoons heaping flour
    🟢 3 tablespoons heaping starch
    🟢 1 pack (100 gr) white chocolate 🍫
    🟢 1 packet vanilla
    To sprinkle on top:
    🟢 1 pack plain biscuits
    🔍❗️Tips, tricks and secrets:
    First of all, prepare all the ingredients you will use before you start making the cake.
    🔍❗️To prevent egg smell:
    1. In the first step, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
    🔍❗️For your cake to rise beautifully;
    1. Eggs, yoghurt, etc. all ingredients should be at room temperature.
    2. Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla with a whisk or mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until they turn white and fluffy.
    3. When you add the ingredients after whisking, mix more slowly and be careful not to mix too much.
    4. Don't forget to add the flour and baking powder by sifting them through a small-pore strainer.
    5. Bake your cake mixture on the middle floor of the preheated oven.
    🔍❗️For the cake to come out of the mold beautifully:
    1. Grease the cake mold well with butter.
    2. You can sprinkle some flour on the greased mold without spilling the cake mixture.
    Preparation:
    🟢 For the cake, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until white (3-4 minutes).
    🟢 Add milk and oil and mix little with a spoon.
    🟢 Sift the cocoa, baking powder and flour; and mix well.
    🟢 Pour the cake mixture into large greased baking tray.
    🟢 After pouring, tap the counter a few times to remove the air in the mixture.
    🟢 Bake in a preheated 180 degree (356 F) oven for 35-40 minutes.
    🟢 For the cream, put milk, flour, starch and sugar into the pot and mix.
    🟢 Then put it on the stove and cook by stirring constantly.
    🟢 After boiling, cook for another 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
    🟢 After turning off the stove, add white chocolate and vanilla and melt by stirring.
    🟢 After the cream has cooled, beat it with a blender to get a smooth consistency.
    🟢 After the cake comes out of the oven and cools for 10-15 minutes, soak it with 1 water glass cold milk.
    🟢 Pour the hot pudding over the warm cake and spread.
    🟢 After it has cooled, put 1 packet biscuits in a food processor and sprinkle them on top.
    🟢 Let it rest in the fridge for 5-6 hours and slice it.
    🟢 You can decorate and serve as you wish.
