You are so clearly biased towards GPT. It seems that you've already made up your mind that GPT is the best, that even when you acknowledge Bard gives a better response, you sound surprised and do it begrudgingly, or you decide to call it a draw.
In the creativity section, the short stories need to actually be read! You shouldn't judge the quality of the output on the *structure* of the response (how many paragraphs, etc) rather than the *quality* of the response (is it a good story).
Also, in the first programming task, Bard was arguably better in its response.

Oof, Gemini is the successor of bard, and no matter how "good" it's become now, it's filled with censorship and biased towards a certain political correctness...
It seems while asking it about logical questions is good, we also have to root out biases that are directly prompted into the over all model, I don't want to use a model that will lean towards a certain faction of political beliefs, they should all be politically neutral.
Gemini 1.5 utterly failed the public in googles quest for it to be left leaning...
It couldn't even say that Elon Musk had a more positive impact on the world than fucking Adolf Hitler....
Gpt is just more subtle about it's biases.

Mate, awesome coverage of this issue. Thanks.
I am trying to get me head around a way to combine the three to get one article? I have tried in Chat and Bard (to combine 2 articles) but it joins them, not combine.
    Any tips or thoughts?

Finding for legal negotiation at high level in finance the hard baked-in policy to be neutral, amicable, ethical, seek dialogue so as to avoid confrontation or adverserial negotiation makes use very limited in the real world where solutions may be necessary that are not win-win or a need to expose corporate misconduct or force compliance. i.e. instead of pursuing consulting fee to resolve non-compliance with regulations by a bank the AI prefers "helping the perpetrator" and not seek hard negotiation demands.

In my experience, Bard is nice but it has more hallucinations and seems to come up with non-existent sources more often than you would hope for. I generally trust ChatGPT answers as more rooted in reality. Bard is also absolutely real-time updated instead of ChatGPT 3,5 (Jan 22) and 4 (April 23), but that's probably the reason why *he/it allucinates. Grok is currently out of the picture for price and reliability, as *he/it has been made to have a soul of a paranoid android ^__^

And also, please let's talk about the "40 messages / 3 days" issue of ChatGPT4. Is it really 40 prompts of any kind over 72 hours? There's no counter, and I kind of sideline it by asking multiple requests in a prompt ("I have three questions - list of numbered questions). Have you tested this?

    • @ameleri

... and let's not forget that ChatGPT4 has DALL-E! (image generation from prompt)

Agree here about Bard. It can do some really cool compilations of various statistical data and organize and sort it for you but yeah, it straight up hallucinates stuff, and fairly often too. IF you didn’t notice something looks off yourself, you might just keep going with erroneous information.

Yeah but at least grom will save us from a nuclear apocalypse over misgendering someone... It also wont re-race historical figures... Gemini can't even tell who was worse for society, Elon Musk or Adolf Hitler...
That may seem funny, but it's important to ask these questions too, as it highlights political biases and control over what information each platform chose to show.

I'm a GPT4 user and honestly wouldn't touch Grok because it references X which is a cesspool. Bard is pretty impressive though, especially with recipes.
