With 1 heavy ball i think its enough. Maybe if lost city becomes more popular you could add a second but I am not sure what you would cut. The list is tight already

What is the strategy against iron hands is it just an auto loss?

It's not easy but you want to strand an iron hands with no energy on it in active and hope they don't have a booster capsule for it while you snipe their bench with scream tail. Generally what to do this when they are at 2 prizes remaining, iono counter catcher then try to survive long enough to get your last 4 prizes

Matchup is actually pretty close. Gardy ex is a great attacker, and you can also turn 2 ko their iron hands with a 1 prize attacker as well. You can play vacuum to remove their baton and pair it with iono counter catcher and ruin their boardstate also

try sniping the hands on the bench (disables baton) that gives you a fighting chance. if hands is active, try trapping another pokemon in the active spot.
