Thanks for creating and uploading this version. For some reason every single cover of this song I've heard does the quiet part 5:25 - 5:55 incorrectly. Hopefully, people who are looking to cover the full song can learn how to play it properly based on this recording.

Is this just me? I can't stop laughing at "her perfume smells like burning leaves." Maybe only if I sing it I can hold myself from laughing at this lyric. Of course, I know there is a lot of depth behind it. Type O Negative have very deep songs, to which Peter Steele's voice sounded just perfect, made them sound even creepier and sadder than they were. But I guess even in his darkest days he always could add a joke or two in his lyrics.
I can relate. My GF smokes and loves incense. So she kinda smells like burning leaves sometimes. She also dyes 'em black no. 1. But she's a buttercup sweetheart in dark erotic funeral attire. Easier for her to be sad and hurt rather than making anyone suicidal.
But this IS the original. Only with voice track suppressed. But you can still hear sighs, whispers, breath. And even some 'anomalous' parts like 'she will'.
