Matt was part of the infamous pop rock band that rose to fame in the early 2000's. His life quickly changed from hanging around London pubs to selling out world tours. Whilst Matt explains in this episode that he enjoyed drinking before the fame, the high octane lifestyle of a touring rockstar quickly amplified that pleasure, and he became addicted to alcohol. Matt's story is truly inspiring - from going sober to relapsing to beating it all again. Truly remarkable.
