    The way you stay away from excited people I am wary of leaders that sell dreams, and flashy lights. I'm always wary but I don't let it stop me from discovering more. The truth about the grind is really just getting to work and being consistant.

    Should a new agent be splitting his commission 50/50 with his up line ?

      Also purchasing there own leads

      ​@@vinniepanetta7882 70/30 while you learn if he or she is providing leads to you and is coaching you. Then once you earn some money from your first sale(s), reinvest that into leads.
      That's just 1 strategy. Many ways to go about it.
