Very nice video. Thank you very much. If the wait time for India is about 3 years based on priority date, will it take 3 years in total or longer because of i-485 processing? What is the total time from date of filing? Thanks.

Hello Sir-My company has filled for my i140 through eb1c but problem is that am from India and my present priority date Feb2022, whereas my L1A is expiring in October 2026 so even if my i140 get approved in next 5-6 months then also I will not be able to file for 485 as I am not eligible for filling 485 due to unavailability of priority date and I have to go back to India once my L1A expires in October 2026. Is there any chance I can stay back in US based on my i140 approval and file my 485 later probably in 2027 when I will be eligible?
