I want to agree, but don't forget it's about 0.x of seconds, so that's not visible for the eye in this way.
Fernando is now and will always be fast on track. The question will always be about the car.
@@chrishamilton2559 that's arguable. It's a bit like saying Seb is a fast qualifier, it's just the car. You need to have facts otherwise to prove it. Currently, Max, Lewis and George are the fastest qualifiers on the grid. I respect what you're saying, but your argument can only be proven next year.
@@muhammadjazlan8183 Hey, what about Charles boy and his red tractor?

Either you are very young or you have a short memory. I also respect what you say but I remind you that in the McLaren era, on equal terms, Alonso systematically beat Hamilton !!

@@koyomiee1446 who cares when you're watching. This looks way faster
@@koyomiee1446todays cars sounds and Looking 100 times slower
@@koyomiee1446 they have faster laptimes, but look slower because they are too big and heavy. look how nimble this renault here is to drive. it's because it weighs only 600kg and not 746kg like the current cars. anyone who has driven different sorts of karts knows that lighter vehicles are more challenging and more fun. many f1 drivers already complained that the current cars feel too lazy and are too easy to drive.
That's the perfect opportunity to say:
-"It was so much better before!"
True.
Much better than before. Amazing!
Millennial will call you "boomer".... but you're right man
It's soooo small compared to today's cars. We need this back.

Even over a decade past the car's glory, Alonso looks as monstrous as ever.
خز في كل مرة
Looks so much faster than current cars..sound and size make a lot
They obviously aren’t as fast but definitely look it, I think the sound is the major thing
They are a lot lighter and a lot more agile. Cars nowadays are fast but that is the only thing going for them. They are big, heavy and terrible for racing. I hope something changes.
@@jakewashington3872 they wouldn't be far off on the slicks
Also he was going really fast too, you can see him struggling in some turns and even locking front wheel before the main straight
it's smaller and thinner
when you look it in the front it's much more slower
when you look it sideways it's moch more faster
So glad I witnessed these beasts in person in their true glory; believe me when I say we should bring V10's back. The ear-splitting, ribcage rattling, most beautiful cars ever in F1 (1996-2005).

This is the best moment of 2020.
Listen a V10, wow.
Love the guys plugging their ears on the main straight. Haven’t seen that necessity in awhile. I was in Phoenix for 1989 and 1990 (or 90 and 91 lol). The sound of those cars was brutal. Absolutely needed earplugs. You could hear the cars practicing from streets that were 6 miles from downtown. You could hear a very particular sound when they would shift gears, almost like a “punch” in the air. Tall buildings definitely had a repeater effect..but still, so loud. I can’t even imagine those V10’s.
I went to Albert Park Primary School between 1998-2000. I didn't learn much...
What kind of engines do we have then?
@@2strokeisthebest93 V12 were re-introduced by 1990 I think after the crazy v6 turbos of the late 80s were banned.
Ear piercing is the phrase you're looking for with the V10s. But the most wonderful sound the earth has ever witnessed as long as you're not too close.
V12s were louder than v10s but lower pitch
That v10 music is something i can hear the whole day and never get tired of it
What a fantastic sound... I remember it all too well from the times my dad used to watch it on TV. This sound is absolutely beautiful and will never be forgotten, and neither will the memories of that time. Thank you Alonso, for blessing us with this masterpiece of nostalgia ❤️

Agreed, idk why but i like the look of the small rear wing. They got even smaller after this, no? I feel like the first few years of v6 they were tiny af.
