Quick fix! I didn’t know the radar was behind the logo. I had cleared snow from everything else. Watched this video cleared logo and message cleared. Thanks!
In Russia, this is a common problem in winter. And if you don't clean the radar for a long time, the system considers it a malfunction and blocks it for a long time. To avoid this, I created a radar washer myself from a nozzle from a Volga (GAZ). I powered it from the hose of the windshield washer nozzles. The consumption of antifreeze increased a little, but now the error itself goes away after 5-10 minutes. You don't have to run out and clean the radar every time.
Thank you for sharing, it happened to me last night while it was raining, I had no idea what was going on. A little scarry to me because at night time I don't want to pull over as I am 64, not a great feature to me but I get it, it's to protect me to be more allert.
How do you reset error message "collision mitigation braking system problem" when nothing is obstructed or broken? Passing close to hundreds of orange cones at a highway construction site caused the system to be overwhelmed and display the message. It works fine but the message is irritating every time you start the car. Disconnecting battery cables did not work. Dealer wants $150 for starters and will probably want to replace camera and radar which is unnecessary.
@@jeetkuneball9580 I searched through Honda forums online looking for a fix and could not find a solution. A local repair shop said you need some special equipment to reset it and only the Honda dealer has it. Took it to a Honda dealer and for $129 they waved their magic wand. That was two years ago and I haven't had a problem. I usually turn off the collision mitigation system if I travel on a highway construction site with a lot of orange cones. Good luck finding a cheaper fix.
I have a 2024 Honda Accord I get the same thing it says clean the location in the image look like the H logo and everything under neath it. I cleaned it but the warning sign still shows up what do I do?
Thank you 🙏🏾 this just happened today in snow but manuals don’t tell you where sensor is located! You’re a Blessing!
Literally fixed my issue before 60 seconds, manual didn’t show exact location. Thanks!
