Stay safe stay healthy work hard
Period!!#👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Lived in DC for 30 years and never heard of these. Guess I did NOT reach the pinnacle of success that I had hoped to ;o) 28 Northwestern Street! LOL! The correct way to say the address is 28th Street Northwest (NW). DC is broken into four quadrants - northwest (NW), northeast (NE), southwest (SW), southeast (SE). You need those to identify what part of town the address is in. I thought they're called rain showers, not rain fall showers... En-suite (or ensuite) is generally pronounced AWN sweet, not IN sweet. Or just say, with an attached or private bath.
THANK YOU. That was driving me crazy!
You are so lucky that you live in DC. I went there 2 years ago and absolutely LOVED the city so much, that I wanted to stay. It is so expensive over there, though, but I want to buy a small lot somewhere in Maryland, in a city very close to Washington DC so I can visit DC often. I was ready to go last month, in January, for the Presidential inauguration, but then decided against it because of the riots and the lockdown of DC. By the way, have you heard anything about DC not being part of the US anymore because it is now a corporation?
@@abcd0193 Hello! Yes, I enjoyed DC for many years, but it was time to go when I was able to retire. Haven't heard anything about DC being a corporation. Periodically someone brings up making it a state, but I doubt that will be happening anytime soon. Best from Indiana!
To the person watch this video, you will surely make it in life
Let’s hope so 🤞🤞🙏🙏
Thanks and same to you.
We need positive vibes.
Statistically no
300k followers Mr. Luxury!! Congratulations. I’ve been here since the start
It’s not “28 NW street” or “28 northwestern street” - its 28th street NW.
The quadrant designation comes at the end of the house number + street name
Hope you all a good day
Excellent
I really like the River! Thanks for the Video
Thank you!
Great video.
I love the first one. I love the classic decor and the space and privacy
It’s the Jim Kimsey house. It’s in McLean VA not in DC. The thumbnail lied to me.
Thumb nails are risky that's why I cut mine
Zaberdast. Lovely video.
Thank you.
I can really say that a house in Washington DC or New York is so much different and so much higher quality of Standards than a house that is in Bel Air or Beverly Hills the house quality is by far, way better, and maybe it's just my taste and a different way of doing things. If it was me building a house but these houses here in Washington DC are a thousand times better than anywhere else than I have ever seen in my point of view.
opinions are like assholes everyone's got one
I no longer have an opinion and consequently i lost my asshole also.
I will save my penny's and purchase the last one when it becomes available again; I fell in love with the library, I love to read. Thank you, for the upload.
I always dream of buying such house, I noticed majority of these estates are more about privacy than spectacular views.... Hello how're you doing?
The second home on the list was my favourite. Very pretty. I love modern homes.
Nice one
Always dreaming of building such house
Mr luxury I like how you present the houses.
The rich keeps getting richer by spending like the poor while the poor spends like the rich yet no investment ✔️
Exactly 💯
Poor peoples main asset is there home, ITS A DEPRECIATING ASSET FOR CRYING OUT LOUD 😂😂
@@saintsaens5816 consumption item
@@saintsaens5816 i keep hearing that. Can you elaborate a bit on it. Im trying to learn to be better with my finances.
@@Mr_Originality real estate is one of the most viable investment vehicles
i love this
How about showing things that are in Washington DC and not in Maryland or Virginia
The last house is amazing
I think that last house is in Virginia and NOT DC proper.
It's on Chain Bridge Rd also
Lol if you live here its all the same. properties in dc are very small and expensive
@Thomas Paine lmfao took a glance and its not even relevant to the video
Y’all is disrespectful. These properties are in MD and VA.
All of them but the last one are in DC proper!
I live here in DC so all the featured homes are like home to me lol. Home Sweet Home. Although I’ve been drawn to the NYC Penthouses higher up in the skyline; this is for me times ten.
D.C. was the ish back in the day I was there in the 90's but since relocated to California. Those were the days
Stephanie Randall thank you agreed, but indeed I still find fun on and poppin (you must remember “bumpin” & “jive like” lol).
I really like the last one. Who ever bought it is very lucky.👍👍👍
Next: Most expensive Castles for sale! 😎
Dear Mr. Luxury,
Thank you for reading my mind.
He never disssapoints
30 30 chain bridge road. I like that one
Now I know; I made the right decision to move to Washington DC.😍
Thanks Mr. Luxury
I think You should buy Your Favorite
$45 Million Dollar Home. You Deserve It-:)
I always dream of buying such house, I noticed majority of these estates are more about privacy than spectacular views.... Hello how're you doing?
The former Kennedy home was lovely.
do japan next Mr. Luxury
I always feel i live there.
I think MrLuxury is secretly in love with Jeff 😂😂
Pls make Next time a video about extensive homes in Japan
I live in Maryland & the only home i haven't gone by to see is the Fessenden house. Although the James Kiney house does have extraordinary views of the Palisades & the Potomac river i feel the house could have had a better design to it. I guess more like the design of the one selling to the right of it for about $24 million or more of a Mediterranean style to highlight the view & mountain side it's being built off of.
NYC vid
I like mansion no.3 💙❤
Mr Luxury you forget to tell us how many of these houses on the list you own?
I reckon it was around 2 or 3, but possibly 4 considering you just sold some Amazon stocks for a few hundred million.
Tzvi Levine yep he’s Bazos
@@saintsaens5816 it's not "Bazos" it's "Bezos"
The commentator is ignorant of the capital, Northwest is not a street, but a quadrant of the city, and follows the entire address. The streets going running north and south are numbered, and those running East and west are alphabetized, first with letters themselves, then two-syllable words, followed by three-syllable words. The names of states run diagonally, except for Pennsylvania ?Ave., which is less so. Therefore, 393 Adams Street, NE, would be off the third street East of the Capitol, in the second alphabet going north. It is an easy city in which to find addresses.
Canal Rd...those who know know. Seen security detail on post passing by numerous times
Making vedios on
Biggest palaces.
already posted on "yocotox"
Love your work, but please tell us something about you ...😊.... Watching from India
Crazy homes but none of them is my style 😔 I love modern and contemorary😎😉
number 3 is my fav
Hello 👋
I always dream of buying such house, I noticed majority of these estates are more about privacy than spectacular views.... Hello how're you doing?
No wonder I couldn’t find it - it’s James Kimsey
My wife and I have lived in D.C. for almost 30 years. We have 4 kids. This is an old video. The average
prices are now around $700K. The new homes in our Takoma Park N.W. neighborhood are selling for over $1 million! It's ridiculous; artificial inflation to foster gentrification. Senators & DC politicians salaries are only under $200K/yr. (around my modest PA salary). Some, in these homes, are from old family money (e.g. Kennedy) or, they've been 😒gifted homes by wealthy donors. It's shot our property taxes up!😡 I want to stay here, but don't know if we'll be able to for much longer.☹️
Goodluck to you and your family. Dont give up. Yall stay here.
The last one isn’t in DC, it’s in the VA suburbs
I’m a pop tart mr. Luxury hello $$$$$$
This guy has clearly never been to the dmv🙄
Just to be precise, the last home is the James Kimsey House, not the James Kiney House.
mr luxury can you make video for the rappers please
My city
For the last house ... his name was James Kimsey... just a btw (by the way) ...
8:33 what key word i can use to find picture of this house in google
I'm french so sorry if there are errors in the comment.

اللهم ارزقني بيت خيرا من هذا في البيت
You forgot Evermay and Merrywood.
The James Kiney Home wins hands down! I would have liked to have seen it in more detail, but from what I saw, it beats Jeff B's place by far!
It’s James kimsey, he got the last name wrong
I noticed majority of these estates are more about privacy than spectacular views.
Hi
Lol it’s 1607 28th st NW, not 1607 28th NW st
اللهم ارزقني بيت خيرا من هذا البيت
I watched the Fessenden house get built, because it’s very close to my aunt’s house. At first we were all like, “What in the hell is that thing?” It’s very nice, but the style doesn’t fit the neighborhood which mainly consists of very nice DC brick colonials. It doesn’t really look like a DC house.
Not DC!! Should've been titled DC area. The last one is 💯 percent Virginia and not the most expensive sold.
Please, stop being petty.
@@MrOu83 lol pointing out that this is inaccurate isn't petty. That's like naming the top five richest people in America and naming a Canadian as number one... Doesn't work
Virginia is a whole state with its own laws and not DC ... not petty at all.
If there were a video about the most expensive homes ever sold in LA, it would undoubtedly include homes in Beverly Hills, which is a separate city. Although BH is a part of LA County, it’s most definitely a different city than the City of Los Angeles. So, yeah, they probably should have said “Most expensive homes in the DC Area,” but, c’mon, you get the idea!
I just want the FLW guest house
I will buy a house here soon.
Mathidzha Phumudzo I Hope you enjoy traffic.
And humidity
I live right next to Jeff! I haven’t met him but I’ve seen his car come and leave!
I always dream of buying such house, I noticed majority of these estates are more about privacy than spectacular views.... Hello how're you doing?
I think #1 is actually in Virginia
These are gorgeous, and I notice a pattern...
I wonder if it's trendy to have mostly white decor in DC because of the White house? 🤔idk idk
tapsweet Top 10 I’m from DC and the answer to your question is no.
@@Cspspack interesting!
I live in DC and I hate it here. I rather live in Miami or Atlanta
These houses are at least cheaper than the ones in California 😂 who needs a 150 k square foot fortress in la anyways.
Its that hard to say 28th St NW?
mr luxury u sound like a rich man wat do u do for a living if u don't mind me asking
Are you related to the Hilton's?
I am most to equestrian mansions. So my dream place, which haven't been placed, never mind even build yet, has room for all kinds of horseback riding facilities in existence, -as one thing
Ms Luxury, seems the numbers medium $ US houses are not correct.
Ad some hungers K
Advantages isnt that, bit higher.
you left out some more expensive ones
The last house would be more accommodating .
We want a face reveal mr luxury
Y’all in the comments make me sick with the technicalities. If you live in the area you know it’s called the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) for a reason!! Everything in the DMV is likely no more than 20 mins apart. Relax. 🙄
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 The comments!! But I totally hate when people say DMV. No it's DC, Maryland and Virginia 😂😂😂😂😂
Is there a Mr. Poverty.
Mr poverty cannot afford this exposure and is busy looking for next meal though somehow happy with self.
Comment for you
And I'm here living in a hut !
Sometimes i wonder what makes people to choose where to live in particular time and not any other place!
James Kimsey is the his name
The asking price for the last house was $63 Million, the buyer is a mystery, drop the name if you know it.
Please take this in the nicest way: to keep up the Mr. Luxury persona, you MUST remember that it is NOT pronounced en (suite) that rhymes with pen, it is a French pronuciation.
en = 'awh.' The n is silent.
Do a Face Reveal.
I really wonder what do you do besides youtube
efficiency living
Makes love to bezos
Bezos' house is disgusting excess right in the City proper and it should've remained a museum. But the last home was beautiful
Hello sevi
I always dream of buying such house, I noticed majority of these estates are more about privacy than spectacular views.... Hello how're you doing?
The last house - you have it mislabeled. It’s not the James Kiney home. It belonged to Jim Kimsey; founder of AOL. He died in 2016 and the home did sell for $45M the following January. You could at least get your facts straight.
Mr luxury- please do a video on top richest black people in the world. It would get you some views given the current George Floyd situation.
What's up mr luxury
I did liked
What's shakin, Mr. Fiddy!
Which millioniar that does not desire there money
I live in Washington DC. Now every type of home is "an expensive luxury", and a shit load of people are homeless!🙄
The government are so corrupt, they should learn to Invest into charities to improve other people's lives...(is) education and affordable housing.... Hello, how're you doing?
The narrator sounds like a fist magnet.
Only a billionaire can buy the number one home on this list at $45 million with 6 bedrooms wow n a wet bar but I don’t drink . Nice house thou n all da other ones r too
