I had cataract surgery on both eyes 2022. But now my left eye is little blurry on the left side. Eye dr said i need this yag laser capsulotomy, But a little anxious on the side effect. What are the percentage of the side effects ?
@@vicn7vThis laser surgical procedure is very safe and u can see from my videos how happy patients are with the outcome . Please read literature about possible side effects . But it doesn’t mean they are certainly going to happen in every patient. Patients read and sign consent forms being fully aware of everything .
@dr.fatimaqureshi9803 I did my yag laser capsulotomy yesterday. Everything went well ! My vision is so clear again. Thank you Dr your video and your reply made it easier for me to decide. I'm glad I did it 😄
Hi Doctor, I had my eye lasik surgery 3 years back and my eye pressure is now 18 and 16 without adding any points. CCT is 492 and 497. Is it something to worry about? Is my pressure normal? It would be great if you reply
@@laibaharoon7543 hi lasik surgery is different . This video is about YAG laser surgery post cataract . your eye pressure seem fine , but with thinner cornea , it could be slightly higher . Do you always have iops in the same range ? Are your optic nerves large ? Do you have family history of glaucoma , do you have history of ocular hypertension ? These are questions that need to be answered and it’s best to see your local eye doctor . Also get tests such as OCT , VF etc .
@@dr.fatimaqureshi9803 hi, my optic nerves are completely fine and no history of anything that you mentioned. I never got my IOPs checked before but the doctor said that it would have been the same as I was highly myopic. Also how many points do doctors usually add in IOPs of thin corneas? My CCT is 492 and 497.
@@dr.fatimaqureshi9803 it means my IOPs are between 20-22mmhg. Are these okay or do I need to use drops to lower them? Plus are there any natural ways to reduce eye pressure?
Nice 👍 good job mam
Thanks 🙏
Mashallah ❤
AOA Doctor! Hope you’re doing well. Can you please tell the reasons of temporary increase in eye pressure?
@@laibaharoon7543 walecumassalam . It could be ocular hypertension or glaucoma
@@dr.fatimaqureshi9803 can the reason be any other than these two?
