Yes. I can't wait to begin camping again and smell the ocean, lakes and pines. I haven't camped for years and I can't wait to begin again. I hope to begin this fall and next spring. Love your videos and you smile. You always make me smile. Thanks for letting me into your world of adventure.
Looks like a great spot and fantastic view 😊❤️... I grew up camping like this but when our kids were young we had a pop up camper and did lots of weekends with other families.
I just love Washington State! I live in Canada but we visit WA every couple of years. Last year we spent some time in Edmonds as a home base to visit the Seattle area. Your style of camping is my favourite, and oh, I love love your flowery shirt!
When I was a kid, we used to camp a lot on our trips abroad with my family. We travelled in our own car and slept in a tent in many places in Sweden, England and Scotland. In the early 2000s, I also slept quite a lot in a tent in the winter. I was conscripted to the army and we needed to spend up to two weeks in the forest every now and then. Sometimes the temperature was around minus 25 degress Celsius (-13 F), but we always had a wood-heated stove in the tent to keep it warm. The only downside of having a stove like that was that you couldn't leave it unattented. Somebody had to tend the fire at all times, so that it would neither burn out nor get out of control and engulf the whole tent in flames. (The latter actually happened very recently at an army training camp here in Finland, but everybody in the tent escaped unharmed because the person who tended the fire raised the alarm so quickly.)
Ashley, I had a dream of you in your flight attendant’s uniform!!!! It was beige and it looked really good on you! Wow!!!! I hope that your dream of flying will become a reality soon!! xx
Ah camping. Lots of memories, some good, some not so. Always in a tent. None of that glam camping for our family. Glad to see you out there enjoying it. Now let's see you wrestle that tent in rain and wind. That's fun.
3:40: I love the little sun freckles your straw hat creates on your face. They are like little stars caressing your skin. And you deserve to be caressed by the stars 💖
You are so cute and sure make Washington state look good! Your campsite is a beautiful spot... and what fun camping in such a big group! Bet you had a blast.
So breathtakingly! I’m a Kiwi, this reminds me of the South Island. I’ve camped with my family all over the North Island of NZ, plus a Camper Van around the South Island. Loved it. :)
When I lived in Devon England I used to hike & camp on the high moors where the Royal Marines train. Now i'm in SW France, I have been motorcycle camping in the Dordogne, Pyrenees mountains and the Massif Central (extinct) volcanoes. At night camping at 1000m or 3250 ft altitude it does get a bit cold.
Have done tent camping, trailer camping and now rv camping. Different methods for different ages lol. Your state reminds me of our north here in Ontario Canada. Just beautiful!!
Love it 😊 have a blast. We went camping, well I say camping,it was more we stayed in a big converted barn in the lake district in the uk around 15 years ago and it was great. Spending time hiking and at night around the fire talking and playing bingo.☺ You are so lucky to have such beautiful open spaces and the weather, good for the soul..and those steaks man. Wow ! 😀 Take care.
I think of Mckenzie Bridge Campground in Oregon. In a tent, by the river when my daughter was little. Its gorgeous, great fishing fairly rural and the best water out of a pump well I have ever tasted in my life.
I loved this! I run an outdoor adventure (and travel) blog for women and have started trying to learn youtube for it as well! A lot of my content is focused on hiking and backpacking tips/gear/destinations and whatnot, in hopes of encouraging more women to experience the outdoors (safely and confidently). But I haven't been camping in a WHIIILE and this made me miss it even more! Loved your video!
Hey miss, how you doing? Hope you have an amazing day and keep up the good work because your channel is going to be epic and awesome. 🎆🇺🇸Happy 4th of July to you by the way! 🎆🇺🇸
Happy 4th Ashley!! Looks like an amazing time!! I miss our annual tubing trip every year when I lived in MICHIGAN! About 40 of us went camping for a week on the Rifle river and we would have one day when we would spend 8hrs floating tied together on tubes on the river with our coolers!! What a blast!!
Wow Ash that looked absolutely amazing I haven’t been camping in so long too I miss the tent camping. Great to see you had so much fun with your family.
Love camping! We camp in a tent every summer. Our dogs love the constant hiking and squirrel chasing opportunities :) wouldn’t turn down an RV but..tents will do for now!
Hey Ashley awesome video as always. I've never camped in my life if I did go camping RV camping might appeal most to me. However if I'm honest give a hotel and 4 poster bed really. I might go with RV camping if I ever explored camping it feels like it might be a little more comfortable. If I ever walk the apalation Trail one day I would have to do rough camping but just to get that trail in memoirs I might do it. It's more likely I'd try to get to the hotels in the towns along the way just to avoid sleeping outdoors.
Thanks for sharing that sunrise at that lovely place youre camping at. The Pacific Northwest certainly is God's Own Country (as well as some places in England of course). I once got to stay with my cousin when she lived in Victoria BC so I got a glimpse of that part of the world. You had so much fun which you deserve but for me,camping,NO!
Grew up car camping and spent my youth back country camping, mostly canoe trips. My back won’t take that theses days though, so hotels it is! When I think of camping I think nature & solitude, you have waaaay too many people with you for “camping” but it sure looks like fun. Are there social distancing practices happening in Washington State? Seems like lots of folks.
I have hiked over 100 miles on the Appalachian Trail in Virginia and North Carolina and I didn't have nearly the fun that you guys were having. LOL All the best!
When I hear "camping," I think "inconvenience." Haha I'm definitely indoorsy, but I'm married to an Eagle Scout and we have a Bear Cub, as well, so camping is still something we do occasionally. Mosquitoes usually flock to me, I don't like doing my dooty behind a tree, and I'm a light sleeper, so raccoons and whatnot usually wake me up several times a night. It's not my favorite thing to do. I do really appreciate being out in nature, though, and going on hikes. We're going to the country today to be with family, have hot dogs, homemade ice cream, and pie; and we have a bunch of fireworks to launch. It's gonna be... A blast! Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇲❤️
At one of the stores nearby there is a sign: Unaccompanied children will be given espresso...and a puppy. You have the puppy. Do you have espresso, too? Glad you are enjoying the family vacation.
Hello Ashley!!! The sole time I went camping in my life it was with the military. I'm highly allergic to insect bite. Camping to me is actually dangerous. But it was fun seen your video today!!!
I feel inspired to do some vlogs of my home county in the UK (Dorset). No tent needed (it takes maybe an hour at most to drive East to west, 45mins to drive South to North (unless you have a wait at the chain ferry).
The chain ferry is to cross Poole Harbour - 2nd largest natural harbour in the world (after Sydney - although every few years they swap due to land reclaimation)
Hotel camping is definitely the most comfortable but sleeping in a tent is actual camping. One has to be able to hear all the sounds of nature at night.
Its good to see you smiling again your smile brightens the whole of RUclips
Yeah me too, always love your smile!
Your camera and editing skills are outstanding! Really conveys the mood!
Know Nonsense I agree. Her shot of those tree branches with the moss/lichen on were fab.

Yes. I can't wait to begin camping again and smell the ocean, lakes and pines. I haven't camped for years and I can't wait to begin again. I hope to begin this fall and next spring. Love your videos and you smile. You always make me smile. Thanks for letting me into your world of adventure.
I'm older now and more of an RV kind of camper these days. I love this huge family trip and all the gear. Makes me smile!
I just want to add, I am enjoying your choice of music, kind of a cool vibe.
Great to spend some quality time with the family and nature
This video is brought to you by Smore Guy. Hahaha. Great video Ashley!

Greetings from Finland again. I go camping very often in summertime because I have an RV. That place you were camping looked very similar to Norway.
You are really good at showing the real feel for the experience. So really well thought out. Thank You
Gorgeous Ash

Ashley is special
Your amazing
Appalachian Trail thru hike would be a hit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Those Apple ear pods are a great idea. Much more sporting to give the bears a better chance by not being able to hear them coming for you.
Those editing skills!!
I have hiked over 100 miles on the Appalachian Trail in Virginia and North Carolina and I didn't have nearly the fun that you guys were having. LOL All the best!
