No lie when you were talking about the texture of the hair and the difficulty you had with it, I felt that. 💯
With certain hair textures the lighting hitting it a certain way will make it look like it's not blended properly. Clipper over comb or thinning shears over comb has really helped me in these situations. 🙌
Am a Barber since I was 14 years and now I'm 35 years. And you're right. The softer hair is the hardest to cut. It's a fact bcuz any mistakes it will show!

Well deserved victory. Jeezy's canvas was tough due to his hairline but the haircut itself was still ultimately easier due to the limited amount of work needed comparatively (waves and a taper). You won because you were able to show a much more diverse skill set and much blurrier end product. Much respect to Jeezy for not only choosing an imperfect canvas but also a unique canvas for that platform, as well as traveling across the country to compete.

Dope brotha great cut!! I am a big believer when the cut or blend is giving you a hard time. Just to line up the side burn/ C-cup area to allow you to focus and unfocus on the area that was giving you a hard time. So you can detail out those dark spots or lines. Especially on hair texture like his. The hair, light, density etc plays tricks with your eyes and mind!! You killed it.

I think this canvas is very hard honestly because mistakes are very visible in this and honestly it came out very excellent because I mean theirs no mistakes I can spot of course in person you’ll see maybe the tiniest things you’d probably want to perfect just for the most absolute 100% fulfilling haircut but overall I think this canvas is a good canvas for barbers because it shows real skill and you can obviously see your skills on this haircut and it shows how well rounded you are🤞🏽

I didn’t watch the battle due to the quality on play back. A lot of the battle definitely has to do with the canvas you select. I prefer longer hair in battles than short haircuts IMO. Both cuts enter door but bassoons was more unique. He also did eye brows which sets him apart as well. Good battle congrats on the win. Wish Jeezy would’ve don’t s Client with long hair straight or curl hair in this battle.
