Going to perform this repair on a customers car in the shop tomorrow and found this video. very helpful and will help me get it done under the required book time, Thank You for posting this very helpful!
Thanks for a great video. I have 1,5l engine (b4154t4) but it looks just like yours. I have built my own cam lock tool. I tried to see in your video the rotation of the camshafts. The axels has a mark on the back visible in the video 31:56 both markings on the axels point upp. Did you rotate the engine in the video before? Or is this the zero position? Do you have to put the vvt in som zero position? Hope you have the time to answer 😊

hey, will this set of locks fit Volvo V60 II T4 2020, engine code - B4204T31? Do you also have to block the camshafts at the rear or only like you do in this video?
Hi. Can you tell me please what engine code is it? Is it a D420414 like my V60? If it is the same engine as mine, can you share the Crankshaft-Camshaft relationship waveform to compare the after and before the replacement? I know is a lot of demands. Thanks for sharing
@@ELEISONCARABALLO hi. I am sorry but this was 4 months ago and I really can’t remember the engine code . If I will get to see that car again, I will check and let you know. Thanks.
Hello, I don't understand why my camshaft marks don't fall opposite the marks on the timing cover, I did two crankshaft turns though. Is this due to the camshafts being out of phase? Thanks you

quick question, does it really matter which way the camshaft pulley goes back on? i mean if theres no marking on the pulley does it.. well matter? :)
@@Pyrest-u6y I haven’t really taught about this , but I like to do things by the book. I would say it does matter.
Hello mihai ,Did you grease the crankshaft and camshaft seals? And is it complicated to remove the high pressure pump?
