  • This is my comparison series in Forza Horizon 5 , to compare all the cars in the game.
This time, I am going to take the Koenigsegg Regera from 2016, from the bottom to the top of the vulcano until the end of the street.
All climbs are on first try. I am driving each car some minutes before to get in touch with the handling, to get an idea of braking points and how hard I can accelerate, since traction control and stability control are fully turned off. Only the anti blocking system is enabled, but you still have to vary with the brake intensity. Cars are all stock and NOT tuned or modified. Cars, that are manually shifted in the game, will be manunaly driven, cars with automatic transmissions and with sequential shifters will be driven by the paddle shifters.
I am playing Forza with a Logitech G920.

Thanks so much for doing this! As always, great video & very nice analysis on the driving. It is an interesting car to drive, for sure, but I never thought of replacing the single gear transmission. I will give it a shot, it looks much more manageable in your build. Thanks man! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Enable traction control in the difficulty settings.

It's a DAMN shame that it can't be AWD. Don't know how that makes any sense. Sure, we can change the transmission of a Direct Drive car, but an easy AWD? Naaaahhhh.

I don't get it aswell, but hey - at least we've got 200 versions of a Lamborghini Huracan 😂

Have you already tried it out? I'd really like to know, if my thoughts about it were right, or if it's still way too hard to handle. For me personally it was quite okayish after

@@PolbeRacing I didn't play too much these past few days, but I did mess around with the build a bit. It is pleasant to drive and handles well for what the car is. Indeed it will never like corners that are a bit more technical, but it's more manageable now all around. I wanted to compare it with a build I made which kept the 1 gear transmission. I don't know how to build cars tbh, but I tried to make it as best I could.
I hit up rivals on the Copper Canyon Sprint and here's what happened.
The single gear transmission build did the fastest time with 2:17:538, but the times were completely inconsistent. The car wasn't as easily manageable and was either too slow on one run, or got a flagged lap time the other run.
Your build on the other hand got more consistent times, all around the 2:18:500 mark, sometimes a few tenths faster or slower. However, compared to the single gear build, it felt a lot better, stable and responsive. Definitely more pleasant to drive as well. I imagine with a bit of better driving from me I'll be able to top the single gear run.
