You really cant blame them to be honest. They did all that knowing well they would get away with it. After all this is Ghana, the worst thing that can happen, is to be made to apologize publicly. Sad. We need to sit up as a country and enforce our laws because we do have laws.
Per his own submission his wife was aware of this issue too. Most teachers have really abused these pupils especially the females. It was happening a lot in my junior school in Kumasi stadium road.
