You only need 15 Azure Embers at the most to get the 2 accessories, title, haki color and the lamp. I did 15 because 15 is far easier to get 2 times than 20 or 25. I obtained the items with 15 each time.

i think if you find kitsune shrine 50 times getting 20 or more there is a higher chance of getting it because 0.5 times 50 shrines is 100 so you will have 100 percent chance after 50-100 shrines
