    As expander, this toro is a very pretty add to give space and peace to music I love. Problem, if this goes more long I will want to buy every new Behringer instrument remake from historical sound we were familiar with. Good they are expander, only need to ascend to vertical euro...rock😊

    Your demos are always so epic. Most demos of this thing are using sequencers in an EDM context. Really wanted to hear someone just playing the thing (preferably with a pedal) and boy did I stumble into something awesome. Now I want a dagum Trident also.

      Thank you, Thomas. I just wanted to show, how I use the Behringer Toro. I’m going to install it directly onto the pedal, so that I can use my Roland Promars for other purposes.

    To me, nothing quite has the low end, stadium rattling girth of a Taurus 1 (which I recorded with) except a Moog modular. Plays well in the mix with others while covering the low end so stoutly. Just purchased this unit from Sweetwater because of your video. Thanks!

      Not sure where you got that idea from. It was for cost savings and to allow one to use any controller whether hand or foot. Pretty sure most use this and T1 with foot. I have a Taurus 1 and it's all feet for me unless 'recording' something that's impossible with feet because of octave changes or note complexity.

      That is easy to believe,@@Bernd_Bruening. Once in a while, I fantasize getting my hands on one of the 25-note MIDI pedalboards manufactured by Hammond and Suzuki. I can imagine attaching one of those suckers to any of my synthesizers, especially my Roland VR-09 which is itself an organ.

    I get placing a high value on simplicity and ease of use, but a Model D is just not much more involved and can cover the same space and quite a bit more. Still sounds great, it is simply not something I feel a need to own.

    • @evankeal
      @evankeal Год назад

      This is a recreation of a specific thing. It's like saying a Moog D can more than the Taurus. Sort of yes, but it can't be a T1.

    • @klstay
      @klstay Год назад

      @@evankeal totally agreed my friend. I understand cloning all those classics and there is definitely a demand for that. It is great Behringer has now put all the pieces in place to do that for such attainable pricing. Simply stating that to me the Cat is their best classic "bass" clone - by far. At the same time it is MUCH more involved to use. In any case, now that all they have all the "platforms" and most components fully in production I am hoping to see something more original and fully modern. (A modernized PolyEvolver would be mindblowing IMHO)
