I own the green circle dot version of this optic and find it to be clearer than the red version. I wish the reticle was slightly smaller though, it takes up quite a bit of the optic lens. I specifically bought it for the astigmatism feature and I agree with you that it actually works (I wish other manufacturers did this). I also bought it as an inexpensive optic for a beater 9mm pistol (Tisas NIghtstalker SF) I picked up to use with all the 9mm I have laying around after my EDC swap. While my pistol was not listed on their site, it is an RMR footprint which fit this optic perfectly. I didn't hear you mention it in this video, but the Shake Awake Feature actually works and isn't oversensitive. Which at this price point is unheard of. Time will tell of course how well it holds up, but so far, as someone who has been abusing it at the range extensively, it's doing good so far. Interestingly enough, it sits low enough on my pistol that my standard height sights are still usable.
I am an old iron sight guy, but I bought my first Dot last year for a Glock 19 clone slide. Its a Cyelee, and it was inexpensive. There was something wrong with it, and their customer service sent me another ASAP. Great customer service. The sight is great, auto on-auto off for under $100, can't beat it.
I got 3 x of their Cyclee CAT Micro Green dot sights for a Canik TP9 Elite SC, a S&W Equalizer and a Springfield XDS Mod2. All 3 were installed with a Torque Screwdriver wrench set to 15 in-lbs. On my 2nd trip to the range, the one on the Equalizer would not hold zero - instead drifting up to the top right corner. This was after 100 rounds. Sent it back for a replacement. Next range trip the one on the XDS started drifting to the top right corner and the one on the Elite SC was drifting straight up and the replacement one for the Equalizer was drifting to the left. All 3 failed after 100 - 150 rounds. Took off all three and returned them. I decided to replace them with a Swampfox Sentinel Micro Green Dot and have been through more than 250 on EACH pistol with no issue and ALL holding zero. This was my experience with Cyclee optics and I seen other people say the same. So I'm staying away from their optics.
Thanks for the video. When I looked at the Cyelee website, it didn't show the Wolf series as an option for the Rival only the Cat series but yet you seem to have no problem installing it. Is the Rival able to mount both the RMR and RMSc? Seems to be decent sights for a range gun or home defense.
Cool, am looking forward to the shooting & testing. I have astigmatism, & have been considering a red or green dot optic (my first) for a Mini 30. I'll check their website.
I have 3 of their optics. The CT2 on my IDPA set up & the Bull Pro on my Steel Challenge set up. Both are game changers. Most of their dot are offered in either green or red dots. For my older eyes, shooting steel challenge the green dot really stands out & makes it easier.

Thank you for the detailed information. This should work for my application. What is the battery life?
Got one and I like it. I do have astigmatism as well.

The testing went unbelievably well! Next week's video is really cool. We submerse one in water. Amazing products for sure.
dose this work with glock 19 gen 5 mos
Very interesting, thank you
Why not first show the testing and then advertise to sell with a code after that?
Excellent!
