as someone who wakes up early for work (3 am for my 4 am shifts), and a psychology major. I wouldn't recommend it. I do however recommend looking at when you're most productive and arranging time to be productive when you feel most productive ✨✨ the most productive thing you can do is be well rested 👏
but also as an avid viewer of these videos, they give a nice aesthetic which brings a certain beauty to working hard. never overdo it though, burnout is shitty 💥🤛
continuing from that, 3 or 4 am shifts leave you tired and wanting to go to bed at around 6 or 7 pm. you have a bunch of seemingly extra time in your day, but get exhausted early on.
My aspiring schedule for high school is going to bed at 6PM and do as much he as possible, wake up at 2AM after a quick breakfast and to finish homework, start working out at 3AM, and finish dress for school by 4:30AM. All unfinished bits of hw is for the weekend.
So far, life's been chill. And i can finally workout and have all 8 hrs of sleep with a good breakfast and somewhat organized hw sched.

I usually get up between 4 and 4:20am. As a mom of 3 who is homeschooling two, I need that quiet time to wake up, prepare for the day, and start my daily chores. If I don't, I feel like I don't have enough time to get everything done and my whole day starts slipping.

Yesterday was a very bad day for me due to a family problem that happened, my mental health is unstable with the large amounts of study made it become more difficult for me, I am trying hard to stick to my studies and do my best but my energy is almost running out, this video is my reward so now I am happy.

The key is finishing most hw to do the rest in the weekend and going to bed asap. Like by 6PM for me and sleep as much as you hafta.
It was because i couldn't sleep so i stood up all night on the first day of school and got that as a result. All it tames is lack of self control babes

I just watched the one where you wake up at 5am for a week and this came out 😩❤️ i usually wake up at around 3.30 or 4 something because im used to waking up very early (even tho i don’t even need to wake up THAT early) your body will get used to it and that’s prob why i have been waking up at around that time for months 😀 used to wake up using an alarm, now my own body is my own alarm 😂
