I recently bought this board and I dig it I also use all the tube vintage series pieces and I can get some really warm sounds especialy using the eq from the board. I'm extremely happy with ithe Behringer stuff I use.
@Mr1Bedlam You send them to the bus section by selecting which bus you want it to go to on the channel strip. Then you pan it left or right, example bus 1-2 pan left goes to bus 1 pan right it goes to 2. If you look at the back of the mixer each bus has 2 outs they are not stero outs so either of the outs is fine to use.
i have two of these one for monitors one for FOH i really like them the only thing i ddint like was that it only has 4 sends and i would atleast liked it to be 6 full sends or 8
nah its a set Q bud , you wont see that feature until you spend a few thousand more , next board up from this EURODESK SX4882 , is a $7,000 TOFT thats only slightly better
hey just wonder can i use that console to the final mix? how can you do that i mean how do you send individual track to the mixer if any body know please help thanks
From your DAW you set up your buss outputs to corresponding outputs on your interface. From there, run jack leads to the channels on your desk and use the desk to do a mix-down for mastering. It's worth noting that most interface outputs are balanced therefore they use TRS jacks. It's best to use TRS jack to XLR leads to run the sound from the interface to the desk but you can always just use normal jack to jack leads. You can then use the desk eq, move faders to adjust volumes, use aux's to add effects and use inserts to insert compressors. Each buss on the desk (subgroup) also has inserts for compressors as does the master channel. I know someone that earned an Ivor Novello using this desk.
Can please somone help me out...am using this mixer and I want to connect it with my Mbox 2 soundcard, also am using as PC and am also using USB to connect from my soundcard to my computer.....But at the moment am getting this noise and I don't know where from and this only happen when i open cubase, nuendo or any software connected to my soundcard...Can someone write it for me and explain how I can connect it to get a good sound for recording
Hi are you still having this issue. It's easiest to run jack leads from the direct outputs of the channels you are using to your interface. In your DAW you set the inputs for the channels to the corresponding inputs on your interface. You can then send individual channels, busses or just the main mix back out of the DAW, through the main output of your interface and into two channels of the mixing desk
If you Buy 3 Behringer 2442UBS boards its better 3 2442 behringers 1000 48 ch behringer 1,400 48 channels both 24 direct outs each 24 vs 16 sub outs 12 vs 6 aux outs 24 aux returns vs 12
check ebay. These come up from around 200 or maybe even cheaper. If you keep it serviced it should run forever. We have the MX8000 in one of our studios and it's been there for around 10 years now. It's never gone wrong
main out stoped working but i still have sound its like the faders are disconected !anybody got any ideas ? fuckin piece of shit 3d time it broke down !
I'm not surprised. We have both the MX8000 and Mackie 24 8 in our studios and the Behringer is such a clear rip-off it's untrue. I prefer the Mackie but the Behringer has never gone wrong
It's 2020 and I am still using one of these desks in my studio. Been a workhorse.
Does it have a soundcard? Or would I need multiple audio interfaces to use all 24 channels??
@@robertjarden9965 you will need interfaces. It's just a straight analog board

@rfmullig I agree I dig my MX9000 to many people have a herd mentality and just believe anything they're told.

mx8000 was discontinued because Mackie sued them for stealing their design.
