I wonder who controls kenya we citizens are suffering in the hands of colonizers they never left
Bado wako Hadi ruaraka( military)
How do they talk about tax ...they tax people alot in europe...lipa tax or leave..nkt
What??? Does Kenya have control of it's currency then? Who will print needed bank notes? How in the world does Kenya not print it's own money??? Are we still a colony of the English Crown?
No country in Africa has a full freedom. Colonisers still control kichini chini
Even Safaricom it self it's owned by UK (vodaphone) the biggest share holder followed by the government
@@carthodblade8438 Safaricom doesn't print the currency of a supposed Sovereign Nation...
Kenya and Africa in general are still under their colonialists foot, they can crush us whenever they like. Independence self governance is given and supervised by the colonialists
It time Kenya reorganised our critical organs, monetary and governance instruments
Shocking th investors with taxes
Tax ,tax, tax tax, we are yet to see more companies exit the economy, unemployment rise, no economy is ever built on a tax,tax ,tax after tax ,Kenyas tax policy is going to suffocate this economy sooner than later.Misery and poverty are a welcome sign as the new government implements its punitive tax regime
Yea, Gaza na Confirm watembee na visu alafu sisi tubebe cash?Sioni.
Like camera companies in the smartphone age, printing money is irrelevant in the digital and soon to come crypto era.
But still necessary.
People argue that kenya prints its own money, this firm is owned by foreigners, not even the kenyan goverment, in short we dont even have sovereignty in printing our own money the way US prints money in billions per day🤦🏽
Imagine hii corruption yetu.....it's impossible to print our own money. Plus it'll be Very expensive to do it coz hawa printers they don't share their printing technology easily
@@masaimitchel4798
I don't think printers are the problem here. Money should be proprietary anyway. We don't need our money to look like anybody else's money for it to be valuable.
The problem is more complex than that. Central Banking System is the problem.
@@bumblebee4280 I would say it's a combination of many factors, including the one's you have mentioned.
But I think the technological know-how (when you think about the security features, the material of the note, and anti-counterfeiting features), is the main barrier, followed by our corruption 😂, costs of production and maybe central bank policies.
By the way I won't be surprised if the conflict between de la rue and the government is sorted out and they restart production
I am also not an expert in these areas. Those are just my thoughts
@@masaimitchel4798 sad times we are living in, modern day slavery
I have taken many years without having any notes. Just used ATM
Taxes will kill most developments '" companies'"' it's not what they think on the ground,,,the actual facts of business on the ground is tuff..let them retire and come and see for themselves..
Their business model is weak. Why do they only have only Kenya as a customer and not finding other countries as it's customers as well? Who prints currencies for the other East & Central African countries?
They print for over 140 countries worldwide..do your research
Wapee watu wa wash wash kazi
Greed will finish Kenya...everybody running away due to heavy taxation..we are back home now tukimunya mboco na gutaaha from making loses now we are waiting for hustlers implementations for improvment
Village champion...those countries u admire in europe are like that coz of paying tax
Crypto is the way now.
So they make all this money and they don't want to pay tax. Is this a case of unethical business practice laced with corruption. And the poor, ignorant African cannot figure out how to get the technology and set up this type of business and stop relaying and foreign investors
I don't think technology is the problem. When you print your own money without letting the underworld rulers of the world spy on you they devalue your currency to punish you. And the reason they spy on you is to make sure you don't print enough money to cater for your economy. Mugabe tried to do it.
