Hey tucker, I used to do appliance repair. Sometime when the topload washer gets over filled the little panties will sneak over the top of the inner drum and clog the outer drum drain hole. Unplug the machine, pull the inner drum towards you and reach back inbetween both drums and feel all the way to the bottom and see if the clothing article has clogged the outer drum. It usually in the center all the way in the bottom. Good luck. I think if you keep posting as you have been that will work. Don't do click bait like Geebz ever guys!!
