I have been trying to learn French for so long. It so frustrating. I’ll be reaching out. Thanks for the great content. By the way, Jodie Foster went to a French speaking high school. So as far as I’m concerned she’s a native speaker.
Her French just blows my mind. Usually after the age of 12, one is no longer considered bilingual. Either she’s extremely gifted or she learned it from early childhood. Just from how fluent and natural she sounds, one would think she was a francophone.
I’ve lived in France for about 12 years and have known some French since I was a child. So I can speak it reasonably well but not perfectly! I love your channel and find it super helpful ❤
The audio in the video is mono left audio only when you speak and stereo when Jody Foster speaks.
Jodie Foster is amazing. Her performance in Contact is incredible. She's got such an interesting life story as well.

I know how you did it. Step 1. move to Paris. Step 2 Study French at Sorbonne. step 3 get French girlfriend and presto only 10 years later you will be fluent like Charlie!
Tbh I’ve been studying alone in America for 3 and a half years and I’m already fluent. You just need to dedicate a lot of time to it and watch Charlie’s videos
