I worked the bike aid station at T100 London and it was just so amazing seeing you race so close and realising how powerful you looked. A shame you pulled out but clearly the smart thing to do! You're amazing and can't wait to see you get back at it. Go smash your training!!

I love the London tube themed paint job, particularly on the bike but it is also great on the helmet. Best of luck tomorrow and I will be cheering you on, unfortunately not in person at the venue but definitely watching the live stream.

Personally I’m chilling at my hotel and looking forward to seeing LCB race tomorrow for the first time, after I check in for my race on Sunday morning!
Getting nervous, as it’s my first race back after being diagnosed with 6 growths on my lungs 4 years ago, and given the all clear three months ago!
Look out for the fat guy (gained 8 stone with the meds/inactivity), wheezing his way round like an asthmatic ant pulling a tractor and grinning like a fool.
