My Michelle have been great, but I also don't drive much. My friend has a x3m comp and he has 50k on his car he is just about to replace his Michelle pilot sports now.
That is why the waiting areas have free coffee and a cookie oven. Free wifi and comfortable seats because you are going to be there for a while!
