    Thanks a lot for sharing this great idea. What about a team that works on small projects so we are a team of 10 developers and usually each team member or maximum 2-3 people are working in 1 project at the same time, what is the best approach to apply this approach to our daily standups?

      You might consider different ways of visualizing-for example, you could create swimlanes based on projects or epics. Also, for a team of 10, it might be worth thinking about breaking it down into smaller teams.
