Great indepth video, Warren was the biggest move they've could've made. Finally getting Phillips out & George as far away as possible, insures they'll finally operate like a real NFL franchise. Bears have endless possibilities & flexibility, be aggressive in FA & patient with the #1 pick. I see a problem with who they've intrusted the devolpment of JF with. Not a fan of Getsy or his resume. He changed JF throwing mechanics, which has affected his accuracy, velocity & touch. Had to take plays from the Bills, Eagles, Ravens etc, proving his inability to use JF skillset correctly, keep him protected, adjust on the fly, scheme any type of game plan or get him in rhythm. He turned him into a RB & ran him into the ground. He's not the right OC or play caller, he had 1 good game plan all season, after watching tape of other offenses with similar QBs. Still Baffled they didn't hire Daboll immediately, he just finished fixing the exact same situation the Bears were in. Turned a young QB into a star & ran a top 10 offense. Look how Allen & the offense has struggled without him & how Jones & the Giants played beyond their abilities with him. They need to find that guy, Getsy should not be the head of any pro offense!

The Bears have 5 out of 11 spots on Defense with A to B level Talent
(Sandborn, Johnson, Gordon, Brisker & Jackson)
The Bears have 120M in cap space & the #1 pick.

Only thing that bothers me is that they went Defensive for HC. I was really, really, hoping for a Offensive minded Coach. See how Jags took off as soon as Peterson came in🤔🤔🤔? I just don't want this coaching staff be a waste of time. And then have to bring in a whole new system and another HC. Just to me and I could be completely wrong! But Eberflus don't sit well with me and Getsy might be a good OC. But I'm kind of iffy, and again i want it all to work out. But when I look around the league. I see a lot of Offensive minded Coaches dominating the NFL.🤔💯🐻⬇️🐻⬇️

There’s nothing more valuable in the NFL than a great QB on his rookie contract. Not “potential”, not “if we put an all star team around him he’ll be ok”, great. I’m not saying any of the guys this year are great, the process needs to play out. But if that guy is there and you have the #1 pick, it’s malpractice not to take that guy. This is Poles’ career at stake. He is not married to Fields and so far has shown zero interest in keeping players that Pace acquired. Every other move Pace made involving high draft picks was a disaster. The trade up for Fields was a total desperation move. Did he just become a genius at the last second?

HYPE! Justin Fields, not that QB you described. Fields, hasn't shown he can operate from the pocket, throw on time with accuracy, his processes at line of scrimmage very slow! Franchise QBs pass the EYE-TEST, make even mediocre recievers productive from 1st play! FYI:#Bears 31st in dropped passes (12). Fields hasn't had a pocket which is why they went to the offense they did. That 46% pressure rate at the start of the year also included 2 players on the line who were rated bottom 3 per PFF in the league at their positions. This rating also was set at 2 seconds so it didn't measure any scrambling into the pressure rate as it means that the players have to block for .4 seconds in this to not give up a pressure since 1.6 is average in the league in when a QB sets their foot on the drop back. This was 12% worse than the second worse team in the NFL. Then looking at the WR they hade the longest time in the league and least wins on their routes when looking at separation in the league. In other words we need to improve the Oline and WR talent on the team this year to get improvement at the passing part of the game. Fields was a passing QB at OSU and he was drafted based on that ability. Hard to knock Fields when he is giving the keys to the worst Oline in the league at pass blocking and worst WR group in the league. They also paid the WR $4.6 million and that was $18 million less that the second lowest paid WR group in the league. We performed at the rate in which we paid that group.

@@michaeledens3566 The 14th ranking is based on the whole year and includes their rushing performance which they were the best rushing team in the league. The line gets praise for that but they were the worst in the league in pressures up the middle by over 47% compared to the second worst team. The bears threw the least in the league and averaged 17 passes less than the rest of the league combined. Burrow's line isn't the worst but they could be a lot better. He also throws way more often than Justin. The worst part of Fields game is what you pointed out in his passing game. If you go back to college that wasn't his worst part. The short passing game is also 100% the biggest part of winning the route early on the WR. The WR has the BIGGEST part of the burden on that while your trying to say it is on Justin primarily. Our WR had a 21% win rate on passes compared to the league average of 64%. The bears have some good stats but they also have some real stinkers. The defense was traded away after our offense figured out how to score. After our trades we gave up an average of 34 points a game after we figured out how to score. To put that in perspective the highest scoring team in the Chiefs didn't even average scoring 30 points a game. Yet the bears are somehow supposed to win based on that horrible stat. We also played the second hardest schedule in the league this year based on win percentage of opponents. Fields needs work but all of the current QB in the draft are either going to be at his current level or worse when they get into the league. The bears issue right now is talent and primarily on the Oline, Dline and WR.
