    Always, always lick the spoon when adding nut butters or tahini

      Don’t forget to do that during your eating window only.
      When I make smoothie for work in the morning, can’t drink smoothie for another 3 hours. Very tempted! Had to remind myself otherwise I would do that too.😅 yogurt spoon, peanut butter spoon, coconut butter spoon,… would break your fast.

    I appreciate you sharing your day and meals with us so we can acquire more wisdom about low glycaemic cooking. You're doing a great thing with your work especially in these very unhealthy times. I really love the meatballs and the way you spiced up the veggies with curry shows that you want to show people how amazing spices are when it comes to cooking and making veggies more tasty. It really changes up that picture of the bland broccoli portion one grows up with seeing in cartoons and television! Thanks, a great video.

    What are your thoughts on consuming protein powder everyday? It’s great for added protein but isn’t protein powder highly processed? Isn’t it best to stay away from any processed food? If you get a chance to answer, I was curious what you thought. Thanks!

    LMNT seems super high in sodium! I researched many hydrate drinks and LMNT is the HIGHEST I’ve seen so far with sodium and i am high blood pressure med taking person so all of that sodium I am to afraid to try that LMNT

    Thank you for your content, great information. Quick question, I am older and am struggling with my cholesterol and sugar levels and have tried following the Fast Metabolism diet. I stopped following this diet because of it's limitations, I can't do it and Greek yogurt is on the list as a big no-no because of the sugar content, even the plain kind. I see that you use Greek yogurt in many of your meals. What are your thoughts on this? Thank you!!

    Autum i’m a little concerned about how there’s not a lot of greens in your recipes your supposed to get at least 5 cups of greens a day one cup being like brussels? I’m also anemic so what foods do you recommend for that?

    Recipes look good! I’m joining the challenge and so far loving it! I do have a question. Can I substitute like unsweetened coconut milk for unsweetened Almond milk, or Peanut/Almond butter for Coconut butter? What happens if you don’t put your Keto Coffee in blender and just use a frother?

      Hi Blanca! I'm so happy to hear you're joining the Spring IF Challenge! 🤗 You can substitute unsweetened almond milk for coconut milk as well as peanut/almond butter for the coconut butter in any of the recipes! If you don't have a blender, you can use a handheld frother for your keto coffee, it just may not stay as emulsified.
