If this doesn’t work, carefully open the back of your phone and remove the battery. Blow on the battery and where the battery used to be and then put the battery and back of the phone together. Hold the off/on button and then it should restart.

Unfortunately i forgot my pin and pattern. anyone know how to fix this??

Maybe the charging port needs to be cleaned and if not that, maybe replacing the charging port would help. See other videos on how to clean it yourself (easy) or how to change it yourself (not so easy/not recommended for some but people have done/made videos how to - easier to pay a cell fixing store or mall kiosk to do it. $40 for mine (didn’t fix my problem but might fix yours...ie if that's what's causing your cell malfunction. At least your phone is able to say SOMETHING, ie 0%....so something is working inside the phone.)

Pressing all buttons does nothing. We got her a new battery and nothing. I told her I would try and get her photos back off of it but I cant seem to figure it out :(. Did you ever find a solution?

My stylo 5 was dropped in the toilet then I put it in rice. It turns on but says that there's no power. When I tried to charge it ,it wouldn't charge. I have it sitting on the charger now but I'm not sure what else can be done to try to get it to charge
