【 A Laugh at the World: James Wong Exhibition 】
The name James Wong inevitably comes to mind when reflecting on the golden age of Hong Kong's popular culture. This cultural giant's creative contributions spanned various fields, but his exceptional songwriting skills have become ingrained in everyone’s mind.
The Hong Kong Heritage Museum will present "A Laugh at the World: James Wong", a special exhibition celebrating the life and works of James Wong. Through four of Wong's iconic creations: "Under the Lion Rock", “Ask Me”, “A Journey of Rivers and Mountains”, and “It’s him, you and me” illustrating with selected LCSD museum collections and loan exhibits, the exhibition will take visitors to the vibrant golden age of Hong Kong pop culture.
