Remember, Vegeta would have waited for Goku to power up because he wanted the highest attainable fight that he could, the rule is too wait for the opponent to power up (unless your trunks)
@marwah809 Because he was under control of babadi in Majin form so he was basically brain washed and trunks and goten were convincing him of something or something like that. So he wasnt really him self
@drakebudasz actually we havent really even seen the full power of the ssj3, i think the closest we got was ssj3 goku vs janemba. or ssj3 vs kid buu. majin vegeta wouldnt last
@drakebudasz goku still could have won because in the fight with kid buu he told vegeta he wanted him to feel good about himself, vegeta also said at the beginning of the fight that he wanted goku at his best, and at the end vegeta cheated by knocking goku out when he wasnt paying attention

@drakebudasz it took goku 8 minutes to transform because he was buying time for trunks to go get the radar. DUhhhhhhhhh. We all know goku could win, goku could transform into super saiyan 3 during their battle but he didn't because vegeta would cry. Vegeta had to have babidi to give him power, because he couldent achieve super saiyan 2 on his own. Just like super saiyan 4 ,he had to have bulma transform him.
