Love the mechanical linkages in the Exploding Darth. I can visualize an air-soft target with a switch that when hit would trigger the explosion.

Thanks Steve, I'm truly glad you enjoyed them! The linkages are 3D printed turnbuckles allowing fine tuning of the explosion.

I read your reply below. That is a big load to bear and will very definitely take up your time. A channel I watch has devoted his time to caring for his wife and is sharing his experiences on his channel. He has changed his channel name to "Dementia Caregiving - John’s Vlog". Here is the text from his channel page - My wife was diagnosed with early onset dementia in 2021 and I'm sharing our journey both to help myself cope, and to hopefully help others as well. I'm her full time caregiver and trying to keep her home with me as long as possible.

      Hi GrandadsOtherChannel,
      Thanks for the information.
My mother passed away in my late 20s from ALS and I spent my teen years through the 20s helping my dad take care of her. When I reached 50, my dad had developed moderate to severe dementia and I retired to help take care of him until he passed a few years later.
My wife had no previous experience with dementia. When her parents moved to Tulsa from Florida I purchased them a condo about 10 miles from our house. As their dementia progressed my wife (and/or I) traveled back and forth to their condo 4 to 5 times a day, and I could tell the travel was taking a toll on my wife.
We had a small cabana in our back yard, so I told my wife I would convert the garage to a bedroom for them so that they had a kitchen, living room, ADA bathroom and a bedroom about 40 feet from our home.
      My wife is smiling again!
      Greg

      Hi woodwaker1,
Well, not really. My wife's parents suffer from dementia and we recently moved them into our home to take care of them. We've been busy...

@@popzct Good luck to all of you. We had some similar situations in the past. All of our parents are gone, so enjoy the time as best you can.

Thank you woodwaker1. Both of my parents are gone, my mother from ALS in my late 20s, and my father from dementia in my early 50s. Dementia is new to my wife and she's had her moments dealing with the ups and downs of dementia patients, but she's doing much better now that her parents are 40 feet away instead of 10 miles away.
