My good friend applied to Oxford too, his dream school, is one of the most intelligent and hard-working individuals I have ever met. I can’t imagine how heart breaking it must be but now my friend is THRIVING at an amazing college that suits him SO much more than Oxford ever could have and is going to put him in a better position when he graduates. It sounds so cringey to say but it is so true; everything happens for a reason!!! I still have no idea why he wasn’t even interviewed but it just goes to show that these things sometimes just don’t make sense.

I received offer for most of the Ivy League school in USA and most of school in Canada but waitlisted by queen( eventually get in) which are ranked way lower. So the score isn’t the only thing matter . You did good job already . You get accepted in many other one . So congratulations

I know this is an old video but for anybody else watching who's been rejected from PPE, don't worry, it's not that you're not smart/ good enough, oxford PPE is just stupidly competitive. A friend of mine in the year above didn't even get an interview and he was predicted 4 A*s, was head boy of the school, involved in tons of super-curricular activities, debate etc. So it's not that you haven't tried hard enough, it's literally that there are so many applicants and Oxford only has a few places.

When I applied, however, all the unis I applied to classified me as an international student.
