This was a good discussion and very timely for me! As a Believer there are some things that she shared that doesn’t align with scripture and those things I know not to do.
With that said, there are a lot of things that she shared with regards foods, juicing, and healthy practices that aid in healing that I will be doing more of. The funny thing is I have a juicer that I stopped using about two years ago for the convenience of my blender (and I am aware that they have two different purposes). I still drink fresh pressed juice but I’ve been buying them (which can add up). Anyway, I pulled out my trusty Breville, gave it a good cleaning, and juiced some fruit (4 apples, 2 nectarines, and two celery stalks, two handfuls of kale, and 1/2 cup of water to dilute the sweetness) that were almost on their last leg... Oh my, it was so good; my whole body smiled!
I have my grocery list together and I’m going to start juicing at least one a week. During this pandemic I know that I have been in a healing process and I appreciate being reminded to do what works. I still have a lot to learn but I promise to step up with what I have been doing in the kitchen and the things I consume!

I don't want to bother her. She gave me all the keys I need. I have to confess though I talk to her when I cook. 🤭🤫
