Used sets bought cheap while still on sale but perfect condition The Disney millennium falcon is a gigantic waste of money they have been selling it for 9 years they have made like 700 -800 million of them
Would be difficult to find a used set still in retail 😅 I only used the Millennium Falcon as an example because of its size. Thank you for your comment! 🤩
@ but the set you want off eBay etc while the sets are still being sold in the Lego store . Get it opened but in excellent condition ! . To buy mint sealed sets later I’d folly do this at your own peril . If the set is say £300 you can get it opened but still sealed inside sometimes as they never built it for day £150-£180 maybe £200 . Save the set and sell it in 5-10 years after it’s been discontinued. I never ever buy sealed sets . If I buy new sets dirt cheap say Black Friday or bank holiday weekend then I hair dryer it open film it and save the stickers on sticker back paper and put them inside along with the receipt 🧾 . It’s still 100% mint all you have to do it’s spot super glue the box closed again and gift as a present etc and stick the seals back in but make no secret of it ! . I’ve bought sets mint and opened them only to find Flego Lepin fake lego inside them or a house brick 🧱. Or all the figs missing no way never again . In the Lego world of the box is cut open properly and nicely and all the contents are mint not opened including the manual box then the set is 100% mint. I’ll never ever buy eBay , Amazon or bricklink sets mint ever again . Even tho I record the opening of the package and the Lego box only to find the minifigs missing . The seller still blames me for tampering and the fight to get your money back is long and hard. I no you were just using the falcon as an example but that set it junk and no one has two months of time to build it they get lazy and sell them on FB marketplace for pennies . I have two sets I paid £650 for the first day one in sale for low number inside and the other was a gift . They are worth £300 tips mint unopened as begonias sold nearly 800 million copies in 9 on a half years in sale . Sets 10179 is the one you want. All George Lucus Lego is absolutely brilliant the rest is Disney garbage and millions upon millions of copies produced . Disney Lego will never make big big money .

My number 1 is competition. Funwhole and others are gaining traction.
That is very true. You are never alone in the market so the competition has a serious impact. Lego investing and reselling is becoming more a thing...
Lego ship in bottle was re released
@@tagator88 wow completely forgot about that one. You are right!
