Can you tell me one thing , that when I will meke my comp card at home which kind of photo I will use ? Only no makeup photo and no edited photo right ?

I do carb cycle for my fitness regime. As a result I have low body fat during leaning phase and bit higher body fat during bulking phase. Hence my body measurements will change very quickly in short span of time. Do I need to update measurements on my compcard say every 3 months?
Yes - your measurements must always be updated on your comp card
