Unfortunately it is made on balance purpose ( Ubisoft said that they don't want you to be able to sent too much police because it would be the easiest way to beat the game.
The voice actor for the male police officers sounds familiar. I don't remember exactly where I've heard him before. Whatever it was, the one line I remember the most was "Eyes open!" Edit: Now I remember. He's the voice actor for NPCs in the new Hitman trilogy.
You ever tried skyrim with combat mods in it? Some can make the NPC fights way more intensely and realistically than their original in-game AI, these can turn out interesting
I planned to make GTA 4 npc wars but it's editor only records up to 8-10 secs and I couldn't find a good free camera mod to record the fights. Once I find that I will get back to it and make npc wars videos. Also I haven't checked the sainst row 3 yet, some peope requested it as well. I will play it soon and see what I can do with it.
Really? I haven't played that game, I guess it was an okay game but after I saw breakpoint I didn't even wanna get into wildlands. Also ubisoft is really weird, everytime I play watch dogs 2 I discover new details in the open word, like in my last video where that NPC was crashing a car with baseball bat or a civillian driver with gun that joins the battle. But at the same time they have like 2-3 female faces for the whole game. They have good developers but they must have bad directors or something I don't even know. They have all the money and tech but yet they still trying to make the games with least effort and put them with full price.
@@NPCUniverse wildlands is 200% better than breakpoint. And you can make npc wars very easy. In the game has actually military guns, drones, night vision, termal vision. You should give a try for Wildlands. I would love to it in your chanel. Makes total sense you play this game.
@@NPCUniverse Ypu should give it a chance for sure. I still play the game till today and my favorite thing is to call the rebels to help me to fight against the police and the cartel. In Wildlands has 3 big factions and you can make the 3 fight eachother in the same time. You will not regret and you don't need to buy any dlc to have access to the main mechanics. I asure to you you won't regret to play Wildlands. But breakpoint only play if you get for free.
@@NPCUniverse oh. One more reason to play Wildlands. I am from South America, Brazil, and this game has a realistic map of south American favelas. I can relate pretty well with the locations. Also, what you are going to see in the game is not so far from reality. Only in Brazil we have 60k homicides reported each new year. I hope I can see some npc fights in Wildlands in your chanel anyday.
@@alissonlares2926 Thats amazing when they pay attention to the map details and make the player look like they are in the actual location, oh and I love favelas in movies and games there is always action. Also I didn't surprised there are 60k reported homicides, even police and military should be having trouble to enter favelas. Well from all the other things you mentioned, you are right I should definitely do a Wildlands video. I will try to get it this week and I will play it to see what kind of videos I can do with it. When I first watched a Wildlands gameplay first thing I realized was how you can save rebels and they joins the fight but usually gameplay channels don't show that part. It is time that watch the stuff myself and hopefully make a video of it, thanks for the suggestion man ✌
Just imagine how much more successful the Oakland PD would be if they brought more than 2 officers at a time to this gang territory. 😆
Yea

They don’t want to cuz they want you to actually beat it yourself instead of npcs doing it for you lol
@@Робеспьер-д7ш I mean it is cause if the NPC kills the officers they get a wanted level and cops will keep coming until they're all dead
@@Cristziano well yeh but the police npc can call for lots of backup, ive seen 4 swat vans pull up and it was crazy

Yeah he voices the guards
I always care more about side NPC's voice actors like cops in WD or GTA
@@Робеспьер-д7ш Yea, same! I wonder where we can find those, I m so curious to know who voices 580s Gang Members or Sons of Ragnarok

bro its funny how the police officers tackel them in a funny way
8:11 damn 😐
The perfect censorship too 🤣

Yeah I mostly played with combat/AI mods in Skyrim comparing to other mods. I played with them a lot and watched a lot on battle videos on youtube.
so realistic
Nice vid liked it btw I wonder about npc fight in saints row 3 or gta4 those game rarely has a video on npc fighting would be cool to have some

Yes the Ai is awful
Watch dogs legion when? :o
Love these videos.
Love these video
You can use the dron it will be easier to view the whole scene
NPCs attack the drone on sight, plus the drone sounds in the background would not be great.
@@NPCUniverse Owhh I see. Thanks mate.
Drone can't zoom and NPC's destroy it no matter how high you fly.
The opd have been trained by handy caps
the women tezcas are hot
This are actually the same npcs from GR Wildlands. Ubisoft, why so lazy.

Hi

Hmmm how you do this?
Nvm you just call a police into fight
But do you know a mod where i can call them without cooldown?
I don't know a mod for that, I just maxed out the skill tree for faster cooldown
@@NPCUniverse damn welp atleast there is a trainer where my battery is unlimited
