From what I know about pool building and owner ship rules in America Its a requirement for pool to be fenced of and alarmed to stop children from getting in and drowning
@@Gallardo6669 I believe so its just protect children as well as adults who cant swim or maybe have disabilities and need supervision but I think its different state by state so check with the pool builders

That fence is awfully close to the pool. Reminds me of how Florida people fuck up every pool by putting those ugly cages around them.
