Tried to leave a comment yesterday Richard then my phone stopped working and everything disappeared. This has been going on since the end of world War 2. My dad told me the army air corps tried to control the weather and that program has never stopped, only got more advanced. Here in America the weather has gotten worse and worse every year. They are also trying to destroy our morale. Here in Sweden we had great weather, but just before our National day the sky filled with clouds and it pissed down for a couple of days. Our next holiday is Midsummer and I predict the same will happen.

I celebrated my birthday last week. It’s the coldest birthday I can remember all my life! I’ve always used my birthday as a weather gauge!! It has always been bright and warm at this time of year! It’s still so cold up North this week. People in their warm jackets and cardigans!
My daughter is in Wisconsin, US. I asked her how the weather was there, she said it was forecast 26 degrees yesterday. I told her it’s so cold here in the U.K. She said yes she’s heard it’s very cold here! At least she’ll see some summer!!

Was flying back from portugal last week flying over northern France was all clear as skies and sunny. Saw the UK coast line and whole of UK looked like it was blanketed in a thick layer of cloud

In 2019 I was working outside and all of a sudden my nose starting pouring. In my 66 years I had never experienced that before. Now at 70, it happens on occasion, but it is every unnatural and is so random it is not nature.
I have the same thing, I take hot shower as I get runny nose. It will be gone in 10 minutes.

I agree - May was NOT, in any way shape or form, the warmest on record. What a load of cobblers! 1976 has been the hottest year that I remember from February round to October. 1990 was also a hot year that started earlier in March.

I have an organic smallholding. I sew seeds in our polytunnel which happily grow until I transfer them to the garden were they very often wilt, turn yellow or refuse to grow. Something is stopping them from thriving and I think we all know what that is. Look out for food shortages. Farmers aren't magicians. Write to your MP. It's essential if you want to eat.

@@hectorshouse7348 Mate, I have 40 years in the aviation business, ATC, airports and aircraft have been my life. There is no deliberate spraying of chemicals by civil aircraft in UK airspace. All you are seeing is simply contrails, the result of burning JTA1 (kerosene) at high altitude. Contrails can be short lived or last for hours depending on the relative humidity a high altitude. They are 'manmade' clouds and pollution - just like any other engine that burns fossil fuel
