in ice hockey we called that running back and forth bag skate, you feel like you dropped your guts, it's killer but it's important to build stamina , prevents later injuries, and the Spurs have their Sports Science Team no worries, to be a winner there is pain ,

Good work👏👏👏. It's really hot and humid now in south korea. It's rainy season now. Humidity is unbelievable. Probably it feels like + 35~40 degree. I hope all players and coaches having a good time and please don't get sick. I am a Korean and now living in Canada. 2years ago I went back home. it was even very hard for me to handle the hot and humid weather.

I was born in Dar-es-Salaam and spent the first 22 years of my life in Tanzania/East-Africa. Even though it feels like just yesterday, it was a very long time ago now!
Finding it fascinating to see how hard Conte is driving the players in 30degree + heat/humidity! Like you, keeping fingers crossed that we don’t get caught out by Soton on day 1 - I’ve grown up accepting the inconsistencies of Tottenham as part and parcel of being a Spurs fan! However, I get the feeling that Conte is seeking to eliminate that from the Tottenham DNA and I will be ecstatic if he succeeds! Nenda pole pole, rafiki.

As a lad in short trousers I used to go to WHL with my parents to watch Blanchflower, Greaves, Mackay et al. Let's hope we can win it again, although the one I want is Champions League, the only trophy we have never won.

For Koreans, it must be incredible seeing the entire Tottenham players and coaches in Korea right now. A lot of people in Korea hope to see the team in person but couldn’t make the trip to England. Koreans saw the team on tv often time late evening or early in the morning because of the time difference(8hrs) but finally gets to the whole team in korea.
