Build: Wild wheat set, Name of the world lightcone, lvl 70 talents maxed. Crit rate, speed, quantum dmg, and attack. Although further down the line going to build her with at most 80% effect hit rate and energy recharge with some attack stats to function primarily as a defense breaker and debuffer

I like to think that Silver Wolf is also playing HSR and pulling herself on her own banner but like most players, she lost the 50/50.
But the motivation to clear all of the achievements.

Not really a secondary dps either, since you need to have 100% Effect Hit Rate, Effect Hit Rate Shirt over Crit is preferable to make sure your Debuffs always hit.
She's pretty much only a debuffer with a little bit of damage. You can build her as DPS or Sub-DPS for sure, but it's not going to be that good.

If it’s any consolation to your wallet, Welt is a sick character to have imo. I love him, you can stall a boss for SO LONG, he breaks imaginary weakness better than anyone else, and he does tons of damage.

How you get Silver Wolf chat messages? I complete the event and obtain her yesterday. Maybe she needs reach an specific level in character, lightcone, talents or artifacts? Mine is lv 54, lightcone 50.

Rice's entire team in this video was built solely to boost SW's damage - tingyun, pela and bronya. a team like that will leave you with no shielder/healer, but you can build it just to flex numbers or make a cool youtube video.
besides, comparing damage output in simulated universe runs is not a good idea!

Playing a gamer as a gamer experience
Do you guys think i should say "f4ck it" and pull silverwolf and save for kafka or should i just skip her and pull Blade and kafka? I did around 110 pulls and got a E1 bailu (wich is horrible), now i'm pity 56 guarantee in doubt what to do. My roster is consisted of: bailu, bronya, seele and all 4 stars.
Trust in Silver Wolf! Bailu is really good with SW because you can run SW+Seelee+Bailu+Ting. Most units are weak to either quantum or lightning. For most bosses, you break them repeatedly. I got SW and Bailu on the banner, and it made MOC a breeze. I don't need Luocha anymore. So I can save for FuXuan now! ❤
